This quiet and peaceful neighborhood is zoned for the coveted Carpenter School District and is 3 blocks away from all the trendy coffee shops, ice cream bars, boutiques & restaurants along bustling Ventura Boulevard.
For music and movie industry peeps this home has everything you could want and is the perfect location for a 1 month to 6 month work project. The home is a peaceful & lovely place to come home to.
CBS, Warner Brothers & Paramount Studios are all very close by and convenient for industry folks. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Sprouts and Gelsons are all in the neighborhood.
