This special house sits up on a hill that shows off an iconic view of the Nestucca River and the Northern Pacific Ocean all in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
What makes this property unique
Besides the views, access to the clubhouse, great neighbors, and spacious living quarters we are in walking distance or a few minute drive to the beach, parks, restaurants, market, bank/ATMs, post office, medical services, and places of worship.
