This newly renovated charming family home features brand new stainless steel appliances and modern finishes. Enjoy our fully fenced backyard equipped with a fire pit, outdoor dining and BBQ . Fully equipped for getaways with family and friends or for long-term stays.
Located directly across the Sunset Marina Yacht Club, golf courses and all the amenities that the Essex Region has to offer. Conveniently located 5 and 13 mins to Essex and Dominion Golf Club and just 15 mins to Downtown Windsor.
Feel right at home in this newly renovated charming family home; Featuring brand new updates, brand new stainless steel appliances and a designers touch.
The master bedroom features a King bed. The other 3 bedrooms are complete with a Queen sized beds. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new linens, new memory foam mattresses and room darkening curtains.
This home can accommodate up to 9 guests but is most suitable for up to 8.
Enjoy a spacious fully fenced backyard with a large fire pit, large outdoor dining area, and BBQ. Smart TV for all your streaming needs and in-house washer and dryer.
Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This home is private and not shared.
There is a separate 1 bedroom addition at the side of the home that may also be occupied by guests. If you're interested in booking both the main home and this unit, please inquire!

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
A refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking and will be refunded if no damages are found after check-out.
Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.

Check-out: 11AM
Quiet Hours: 10PM on weeknights, 11PM on weekends
- NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property.
**Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.**
- NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charged to guests.
- NO PARTIES. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
**A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**
Check-In Instructions
Please walk up to the small flight of stairs to the main door. Enter the door code, 9371. Once the green light flashes, turn the knob and enter the house.
To lock the door from the outside, simply press the "lock" button. Please make sure the door is fully closed as the deadbolt will not latch if it is not properly closed.
**Please be advised that the door may not lock automatically. You will have to make sure it is locked before you leave the house.**
**Reservation Extension Policy:
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes.
- PARKING is available for one vehicle in the parking lot.
**Guests are responsible for any extra vehicle.**
- GARBAGE is to be separated, bagged, sealed, and thrown out in the appropriate bins. Garbage (black bin), Recycling (blue bin), and Organics (green bin). Please put all waste from the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins for city pick-up.
**Please put all waste in the appropriate bins located at the bottom of the stairs outdoors. **
- LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors and closed and locked upon check-out.
- TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
- MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it.
- SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
- VIDEO SURVEILLANCE monitoring activity in the entry/exit points only for the safety and security of the home and our guests.

Two cars can be parked along the left side of the drive way. The right side of the driveway is for guests staying in the guest house suite

Parties and Noise By-Laws
Our Definition of a "Party":
- Gatherings of more guests than you booked for your stay with us;
- Loud gatherings of people;
- Gatherings which are overly rambunctious; or
- Gatherings at which people are uncontrollably or dangerously intoxicated.
Should we become aware of a party at this property, either we, or the police, shall attend to remove you from the property, since partying is a breach of our Rental terms of use, and no refund shall be provided.
Checkout Procedures
- Please wash, clean, and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
- Please strip bed sheet and duvet covers and place them in front of the laundry machines.
- Please place all used towels and linens in front of the laundry machine.
- Please put all waste away in the appropriate outdoor bins and do not leave waste inside the unit.
- We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.
- Please check that all the windows and doors are locked before you leave.
