Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the living room that opens up to outdoor living space and pool/lenai area. Enjoy the sunset from the screened front porch and the sunrise from the lanai on the water. Bring your boat or rent a boat and explore all the area has to offer from sandbars to beaches to the best fishing around or take our kayaks!
Master suite offers full bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks 2nd bath has bathtub shower combo along with other essential amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the AC or enjoying the heated pool(extra fee) , this excellent property has everything you need for a memorable stay. Just minutes from all the best beaches, dining and shopping plus very close to Warm Mineral Springs. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. This property is a short 20 minute drive to Punta Gorda Airport.
