The kitchen is fully equipped, including top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently.

The first and second bedrooms have king-sized beds with comfortable mattresses, premium linens and pillows. One of the bedrooms offers a private balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs and a dishwasher for convenience.

Equipped with two bathrooms, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Azizi Riviera is ideally situated with excellent connectivity to key areas of Dubai, making it easily accessible from multiple major roads. The development is conveniently reachable via Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Meydan Road, providing residents with quick access to the city’s most prominent locations.

In terms of travel times, Dubai Mall is just a 21-minute drive away, offering residents proximity to one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment destinations. The iconic Palm Jumeirah is approximately 30 minutes away, while the world-renowned Burj Al Arab can be reached in around 28 minutes. For those who enjoy the beachfront and vibrant lifestyle, The Walk at JBR is about 33 minutes from Azizi Riviera, providing easy access to Dubai’s bustling beachside promenade.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
