My carpentry team and I stayed here while we were at a work conference we attend yearly, this place was perfect for dinner and crashing each night while we recharged for the next round of continuing ed and expo floor walking.
Hello, I didnt get to stay in the house longer than a night because there wasn't any heat or hot water and it was extremely cold in the house. But overall it was an extremely beautiful, spacious, and clean home and the host was extremely accommodating when they found out there was no heat and we received a refund right away!
We flew in from Arkansas & had this placed booked for the NCAA Tournament. As we are about to be at this place, we receive a message about the furnace going out “today” and that they will have no heat or hot water. They also could not tell us a time or day to when it would be fixed. There was no way this place furnace went out the day of our stay as it was sub 45 degrees in the house. We got a full refund which was nice, but was given no credit or option or anything to stay elsewhere. Since the tournament was so busy we had no choice to book a different place last second that ended up costing significantly more. We lost more money, patience, and most importantly time during this whole deal and all that was told to us was “sorry good luck” essentially. May be a solid place besides this instance, but would never want anyone to be treated like we were during this whole fiasco.
