This large corner two-bedroom condo in beautiful Bonita Bay - Bonita Springs's premier residential community, This condo offers a serene retreat within the security of a gated community. The two bedrooms include a king bed (master) and full and twin beds guest), making it perfect for family and friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like free Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. The large lanai offers a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon nap.
You can swim in the heated complex pool, relax in the hot tub, play tennis, pickle ball, and shuffleboard. The (free) Bonita Bay shuttle takes you to the beach and enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also canoe, paddleboard, or walk the twelve miles of manicured trails in Bonita Bay. Afterward, grab lunch at Bonita Bay's Backwater Jack's or leave Bonita Bay to enjoy the many excellent restaurants in the area.

We are John and Joline Stewart. We live and work in Minneapolis MN and southwest Florida. John grew up in Manitoba, Canada, and Joline in North Dakota. We love Minnesota's natural beauty and clean air and Florida's sunshine and beaches - the best of both worlds. We are excited to share our Wild Pines home with you.
Why they chose this property
We have been coming to southwest Florida for several years and we love it here at Bonita Bay. It is our favorite community in southwest Florida.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location. The morning sun, the privacy, the extended lanai, the proximity to the beach (8 minutes), and a second-floor unit - these are just a few of the things that caught our attention about our Wild Pines condo. It was exactly what we were looking for.
