Located in the serene Perdido Key Coves neighborhood, this stunning four-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, just steps from the beach and nestled along a tranquil canal. Living Areas & Kitchen
Inside, you’ll be greeted by a large downstairs game room, and relaxing upstairs living room and kitchen—all of which have with gorgeous views of the Bay. The upstairs kitchen and living room are both overlooking Ole River. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected, with the fully equipped kitchen located just off of the living room. The kitchen boasts luxurious granite countertops, and everything you need to create memorable meals, from a gourmet dinner to a quick beach picnic.
Bedrooms & Comfort
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, ensuring a restful retreat after a fun day at the beach or on the bay. The master suite features a cozy King bed, as well as a day bed and trundle bed for kids or more guest sleeping. This room also has its own balcony. It’s your personal sanctuary. There’s also two guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom on this floor, and an additional bunk room on the game room floor, offering ample space for all your guests.
Outdoor Oasis
Step outside on to the expansive deck to enjoy Ole River, perfect for fishing or kayaking. The grill area is ideal for cooking up your favorite waterside meals, and with the canal just outside, you can even launch your boat or kayak for an afternoon on the water. Enjoy backyard entertainment such as corn hole and volleyball.

We provide a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway, we provide kayaks! There are also 2 tennis courts, basketball and 6 pickleball courts available within the neighborhood.
For those looking for walking, running or biking exercise. You can enjoy sidewalks that run the length of the island.

Why they chose this property
Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.
What makes this property unique
Like our other vacation properties, Premier Vacation Group has teamed up with the owners of Sunset Cove to create an amenity-rich environment in this house for spending quality time with the ones you care about the most. A few of the amenities outside include a large waterfront dock, guest boat parking, ping pong table, bean bag/cornhole boards, kayaks, SUP stand up paddleboard, and beach gear for guest use. On the inside, you will find comfortable beds, high-end appliances and furnishings, and lovely coastal decor for a luxury guest experience.
