My wife and I live in nearby Gorham. We bought this place recently as a second home to enjoy lake life in the summer as well as share it with people as a rental property.

Why they chose this property

We loved the area immediately. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. It's also very close to North Windham which offers everything you need for shopping and restaurants, and even a movie theater.
