Includes extended basic cable TV/DVD & wireless Internet, kitchen with all amenities except a dishwasher. Sleeps 6. Queen sized bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfect location

Ocean views from the living room! You can eat your meals at the kitchen table while watching the waves crash. Steps to the beach, easily accessible, rooms were good size for a family of 4. A bit scarce on dishware but overall the kitchen had all that was needed for simple meals. Loved that you could walk to shops and restaurants.

Pismo Vacation

This is the ideal location for a Pismo Beach vacation. Right on the beach with everything else you need very close. If relaxation is the goal then this is the place.

Super Clean and steps to the Beach

Very well furnished, super clean, comfortable beds. Only suggestion we had was it would be nice to include directions on how to access channels on tvs, and some of the outlets were too loose to hold a plug. Overall we were VERY happy with the location and accommodations. Would stay again.

Beautiful Beach Bungalo

Annual girls weekend - 4 of us stayed in this 2 bedroom condo with en suite full bathrooms. The living room/dining room was open with large windows that looked out to ocean. The furniture was very comfy for the late night chit chat and the kitchen while small had everything you need - from full fridge, microwave and range to coffee maker and toaster. The location could not have been better right next to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the ❤️ of Pismo. The owner was very easy to communicate with in advance regarding amenities and check in. Would definitely stay here again if coming to the area.

Nice 2 bedroom condo steps from beach. Perfect for weekend get away. Nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. There is no air conditioning. . Normally not an issue but it was 90 degrees Host responded quickly with questions

Pismo Perfect

My wife and I along with a friend had a wonderful time at your place. It was just as advertised with plenty of space, very clean and the location couldn’t be beat. Was able to walk to almost everything we did (restaurants, shops, etc) which was very convenient. Would stay here again!

Family Trip

Second time staying here and it won’t be the last. Perfect location to walk to the beach and great places to eat. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, was trying to find out what the brand is to buy the same for home. I can not wait for our next trip to Pismo and will stay here again.

Perfectly Situated Pismo

This unit is literally steps from the beach. The unit is really nice and provides a great location for accessing all that Pismo and the surrounding areas have to offer. This particular unit is NOT ocean-facing. You can see the ocean from one of the windows (which are pretty high up so you can't see it from from the couch or recliner). The windows in the family room open easily for ocean air breezes and the sound of the waves. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels and beach toys available to guests. It was great to have free parking (if you don't have an oversized car as the garage is tight and low clearance). We had some technology issues with check-in and the garage and because it was a holiday a little challenge getting help - but in the end it all worked out. We would stay in this building again - just with a front-facing unit.

Excellent Location - Family of Four

Could not have asked for a better location. Just steps from the beach/small playground/sand showers. Also within walking distance of great restaurants. We had a Rav4 rental car and it fit fine in the underground garage (which was very clean btw). We also really enjoyed all the sand toys, beach chairs, and there was even surf boards and body boards. The one thing that took us Midwesterners time to adjust to was not having any climate control...the only air movement was two floor fans and ceilings fans. We learned what time of day to open the windows to let cool air in. All three beds were comfortable. This place was a fantastic fit for a family of four - toddler naps went smoothly and having two bathrooms (one with a tub/shower and other with shower) was clutch. Plenty of bathtowels and beach towels. Thanks for a great stay!

Location location location

This place is very comfortable and perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are separated. The beds are amazingly comfortable as is the living room furniture. We will be back!

Great location, but….

The property was clean and recently painted and carpeted. Furniture was ok. Didn’t know we would be on 2nd floor though. Listing did not mention no dishwasher or disposal. A myriad of small problems : refrigerator light out, 1 TV cable had been disconnected- got that fixed. Other TV broken. Kitchen dishes etc minimal, faceplate on some sockets missing, potholder burned through, clock in family room broken, no out door door mat, one beach chair broken.
