The entire home is available to guests with the exception of a locked bedroom and closet.

"This property is located close to so much. A short drive to Northstar or Palisades, with Lake Tahoe and plenty of places to walk the dog. Our dog loved the squirrels that were everywhere! The house doesn't look spacious from the front, but it is. The 3 bedrooms are huge and the washer and dryer seem pretty new. The backyard is also really big, with plenty f room if you have a pup with you. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean on arrival. "Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is well maintained with all the amenities we needed. The backyard was great for us and our dog to hang out in. The kids loved all bunking together in the bunk room and spent a lot of time hanging out there. WHY OUR HOME IS SO SPECIAL TO US:
Being from the Bay Area, we've been visiting Lake Tahoe with family and friends for over 20 years. We always loved renting homes, and making them our own while we visited. It's how we fell in love with the area! Recently we bought a home in Kings beach, and are looking forward to sharing it with others. We're sure you'll fall in love with the area like we did!

Our driveway can accommodate 4 cars.

HOME TRUTHS
☆ Like most homes in Lake Tahoe we do not have air conditioning, but we do supply a portable fan for the lower levels and ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.
☆ We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months. We recommend 4WD, chains, or snow tires in the winter and if you would like to protect your trip, we recommend the purchase of external trip insurance in the event your travel plans change or you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy will stand.
☆ The backyard is not accessible in the winter months (November - May).
☆Outdoor furniture (including the BBQ) may not be available in the winter months (November - May).
☆One lesson we've learned about the great outdoors is the frequent requirement to wipe down the deck furniture. Despite our efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, it seems that nature is working against us. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating. The dust and pollen accumulates within a matter of hours.
☆Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.*
