This is a very nice and safe neighborhood in Goodyear. It is very easy to commute as it is close by freeway I-10 & 303.

What makes this property unique

This is a huge house and perfect for a bigger family or coworkers traveling for work and looking to stay together. The backyard is huge and entertaining with lots of amenities.
