A beautiful modern subway tiled full shower with glass doors, 9 foot ceilings, and starter toiletries provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body-wash

The kitchen is stocked with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table & chairs, and all the cooking and cocktail essentials for meal and drink preparation.

A full sized coffee pot and Keurig single cup are provided, we will provide a couple of K-cups and bags to get your stay started on the right foot. Starter dishwasher pods, soap, and paper towel are provided

A full sized washer and dryer are provided along with starter washer pods, a full sized ironing board, iron, and clothes steamer



LOCATION/LOCATION/LOCATION
Capri condo 108 is a short half mile walk through historic downtown to Clinch Beach Park. The area's most populated, if not its most popular beach, and features over 1500 feet of sand along West Grand Traverse Bay in downtown Traverse City. Clinch Park has picnic tables, bike racks, TART Trail access, lifeguards (mid-June – August), a snack bar, and restrooms. It is adjacent to the Clinch Park Marina, and the BiJou by the bay movie theater. You are also in the heart of downtown, just steps to places like Rare Bird Brewery, The Parlor Cocktail Bar, Old Town Playhouse, Archie’s Social House, and many award winning shopping and dining locations.

**The condo is on the first floor (just 9 steps up with no elevator)

PARKING
**There are first-come, first-served parking spots behind the condo. If none are available, additional parking is available at the Old Town Parking Garage which is adjacent to the condo. The Old Town parking garage is free from 6pm to 8am Monday-Saturday and all day Sunday, see website for weekday fees**


**Pack ‘n Play and/or high chair available upon request**

**If you are staying more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the Airbnb solutions center after the mid-stay clean
