Stay where Niagara began, nestled in the environs of the first settlement in Niagara, Loyalist Heights is named in honour of its earliest settlers, the United Empire Loyalists.
This large 2000 sq. ft. home has plenty of space for visiting and entertaining. The home features a calming covered front porch, 400 square foot living room (25'6" x 15'6") and fully fenced in back yard, patio & barbecue. FREE Parking 4 cars.

It's within a short walk to the Falls itself, The Scotiabank Convention Centre, Fallsview Casino. Restaurants, shopping and essentials are close at hand too including: groceries, pharmacy, The Beer Store & the LCBO.

Getting Around:
*Free parking included at the house. In Niagara, most businesses outside of the tourist zone offer free parking,.
*Leave your car in the driveway and walk two minutes to the closest WEGO stop.

My kids first time to Niagara Falls

This was a great house to stay in. 2 families fit comfortably. Very unique decor. Walking distance to a Wego stop made traveling with 9 so easy! Geoffrey recommended so many awesome places to eat! We had a great time!

Great location and charming place

Stayed for a weekend with some friends, location is perfect. Chose the house because of its decor and our friends loved it. Beds were comfortable. Host was respectful and responsive.

Our Stay at Loyalist Heights

When we arrived the young people with us were excited to stay in a vintage style home furnished with what appeared to be antique furnishings. The house was spotlessly clean, bathrooms were modern, beds were comfortable, floors (at least on the upper level) and the stairs creaked when you walked over them just like they used to in "olden days." The large table in the kitchen accommodated all nine of us at one time and mealtime served as an experience as it might have felt when families were larger than most are now. No one complained about the accommodation. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great location

Great location near a WeGo bus stop, made traveling to the falls very easy. House was nice and well kept. The house is full of antique type furnishings and us adults did have concerns our children might break something, but otherwise it was great.

We were 6 seniors: 4 siblings with 2 spouses visiting Canada from the US.

The home was easy to find and inviting with white lights around the wrap-around porch. Inside the home was cozy and comfortable, furnished with eclectic antiques. Kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware. Nice dishwasher and appliances with lots of room to prepare the food. The wall TV in kitchen had no audio. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The owner, Geoffrey, gave us many interesting facts about Niagara Falls and surrounding area, with tips on where to shop and eat and what to see. We enjoyed our week-long stay very much and would rent this place again.

Girls in Niagara

It was everything we expected. Beds were comfortable. House is spacious. Perfect Location. Kitchen was equipped however would have preferred a few large mugs as we enjoy our mega coffees!! Ha ha. We’d love to be back for our next girls reunion. Thanks Geoffrey :)

Awesome stay!

Nice Place, Accommodated Party of Eight

Uniquely decorated. Not my taste but the ladies in the group loved it. The downstairs had three main areas with ample seating for a larger party to coexist. The table in the kitchen was large enough to seat all in a cozy space with a TV. The living/dining room was spacious and the front porch was a favorite hang out. Upon arrival it appeared clean and well kept. If your a family that cooks it is a fairly small cook space and be sure to bring your own cookware or purchase some cheap pans locally. The ones provided were well past their prime. The other negatives were that some guests complained about uncomfortable and squeaky beds, one bathroom had a door that would not latch/lock that resulted in a lot of "Oh! Sorry!" moments and one corner of the yard looked like it was still under construction along with some trash build up. This homes greatest asset was its location to the falls. You are about 5 minutes drive time from Clifton Hills and the Falls running neighborhood streets with low traffic. Or, if you choose to use the public transit system, there is a stop a few hundred yards from the house. That, in my opinion, eclipses any of the small negatives.

Peaceful haven close to everything.

This is a lovely home situated just a short drive from all of the attractions in Niagara Falls. We enjoyed being able to come back to a peaceful residential street after dealing with the throngs down on Clifton Hill. Lots of places to socialize with the group or relax alone if needed. Beautifully decorated throughout.

We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful property. It was clean and had so much space!
