Apartment: You have complete access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen and living area, the comfortable bed with a queen-sized bed, the full bathroom, and a sofabed. Feel free to relax in the balcony and enjoy the view of JVC. The studio apartment will be booked and reserved for you.

Building Amenities: you'll have access to a range of world-class amenities, including:
- Swimming pool (on the 10th floor)
- Fitness center (on the 10th floor)
- Parking: You have one reserved parking space in the building’s podium parking area for your convenience.

- Barbeque Area (upon reservation and subject to availability)

House Rules

- No parties or events are allowed.
- No smoking inside the property.

Guests who breach the above house rules are subject to 3,000 AED Fine for extra cleaning and odor removal from furniture.

Commercial photography not allowed without prior consent - different fee applies.

Guests need to provide a copy of their ID or passport upon booking confirmation.

Losing any of the access cards or keys will result in a penalty fee of 750 AED.

Licensing and Guest Requirements:

- This apartment is fully licensed by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
I. Smoking and Noise Policy:

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. This includes all common areas and bedrooms.
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud noise, including music and parties, are not permitted during these times.
- Balcony Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the balcony, provided that cigarette butts are disposed of properly in the designated ashtrays.
- Violations: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a AED 3,000 fine to cover the cost of extra cleaning and odor removal.

II. Photography and Privacy:

- Commercial Photography: Commercial photography, including but not limited to product shoots, modeling, and filming, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. A separate fee may apply if approved.


III. Guest Identification and Access:

- ID Verification: Guests must provide a valid copy of their ID or passport upon booking confirmation.
- Access Cards/Keys: Guests are responsible for the care of any access cards or keys provided. Lost or damaged items will result in a AED 750 penalty fee per item.

IV. Towels and Welcome Kits:

- Complimentary Amenities: Towels and basic amenities are provided for your stay.
Additional Charges: Requests for additional towels, amenities, or welcome kits will incur additional charges.
- In-Stay Cleaning: For an additional fee, the cleaning team can provide in-stay cleaning services, which include replacing towels, linens, and welcome kits. Please notify us at least one day in advance and ensure the team has access to the apartment.

V. Additional Considerations:

- Building Rules: Please adhere to all building rules and regulations, including those related to parking, noise, and pet policies.
- Emergencies: In case of an emergency, please contact the building management or emergency services immediately.
