Blue Indigo Luxury Villa, Dimitras Villas, Kalo Nero, Messinia

The Dimitra's Villas Complex is situated on a 6 acre plot in Kalo Nero, Messinias and is only 10 metres from one of the beautiful beaches of Southwest Peloponnese.
It consists of 3 luxurious villas and is close to the many well-known attractions in the surrounding area.The villas are available for rent usually during the summer season, for a minimum stay of one week. You can check-in at 16:00 or later, and you can check-out at 10:00. Prices start from 1750€ per week depending on the season and the number of guests. A cleaning service is provided twice a week, including towels and linen change, garden and pool maintenance.
Our villas in Kalo Nero are designed and built to the highest standards. The premium natural materials, earthy colours, first-rate amenities and elegant decor all combine to create a perfect stay. In addition, the breathtaking sea views and striking natural environment will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.

The home and location are beautiful!

This home is very well appointed with a big living space and a beautiful pool and yard. The beach is so easily accessible and the tavernas were a quick walk down the road. It was a perfect place to use for planned outings to Olympia, Ancient Messina, Methoni, Kalamata and the Dirou Caves. Highly recommend this property- it suited our group of a grandmother, two couples and two young adults. Everyone had lots of space!
