Our beautiful vacation home, just a short drive from Disney, ensures a relaxing and magical stay. This house is located on the prestigious Hamlet gated development in the West Haven community. This is an attractive and quiet development in Davenport. On the resort you’ll find a children’s play area which guests are welcome to use. West Haven is located just 2 miles away from the junction of Highway 27 and the 1-4, Central Florida’s main arterial route. The Champions Gate golf resort is less than a mile away and there are 10 world class golf courses within a five-mile radius of the community. Disney Delight!

Our family had a fantastic time at this pool home close to Disney! The balcony was a lovely touch for morning coffee and sunset views. The kids loved the pool, and the property manager was super helpful. Can't wait to come back for more magical memories!

Perfect Family Rental

We absolutely loved this place from the rooms, pool, and location. With a family of our size, the limited trash bags and toilet paper for a week’ stay was inconvenient. We had requested to extend our stay and was initially told it was reserved. Received a text stating it was still open. After a number of attempts, our stay was extended with the guaranteed pricing; however, the cleaners still showed up a day early with the wrong information of departure date. Overall, it was a great place we would recommend. The lack of one star is explained above.

Comfortable Stay for 8.

The house was lovely and perfect for our 8 people. Thankfully we had the pool heated as the weather wasn't the best. You should consider putting more facecloths in each bathroom as 2 were definitely not enough. We were a bit disappointed there was no pool table and also no sun on the pool/hot tub side of the house. Other than that, the house is very nice, lots of bedrooms and pool and hot tub were great.

Great house, went beyond our expectations

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It's in a great location to visit Disney and Universal. The gated neighborhood was very quiet. The house was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai and the pool was perfect after a long day enjoying the area attractions. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay!

Nice, big house with plenty of room for the six of us. Kids enjoyed the pool almost daily, as well as the rec room. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of linens provided. Overall a great experience!

I wasn't very satisfied

I wasn't very satisfied with the luxury of the house that I asked for, there were dog peep on carpet, the fans were not working, One of them on master bedroom almost fell on as, we could never get in touch with nobody to let as in due to keyless machine not working having to stayed an hour out side with tried kids.

We LOVE Ellis Exclusives!

This is our second time staying with Ellis Exclusives. This property is centrally located close to all ammenities and conveniently next to the I4. The house was clean, well furnished & immaculately maintained. Staying with Lisa and her team take all the stress out of vacationing. You can simply sit back and relax in the beautiful surroundings, or go for a swim in the private pool! ;)

We loved our stay at West Haven

We loved our stay at West Haven! The location is absolutely perfect for a family vacation as you are so close to all the parks. There is every ammenity very near by....groceries, take out, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy. The house was plenty big for a large family. The pool and outdoor living area was lovely and that's where we enjoyed most of our family time! Thanks again Lisa & Ellis Exclusives for making our vacation so easy and taking the worry out of "where to stay!"

Excellent home away from home!!!

This property has everything you would need to have a pleasant stay, and even more. Every detail was covered by the team of Ellis Exclusive Villas! They helped us in every way! I would say Henley Circle property did not only meet our expectations, but it went beyond them! The house was VERY clean, NEW and really BIG! It is enjoyable and has a beautiful pool area. Rooms are very big and bathrooms are fully equiped and very big, too. We were received with many items needed for the first day, as published! It is very close to the beautiful area of Golden Gate with lot of business close like Publix, Menchies Frozen Yoguhrt, Mc Donalds, and near the crossing of Interstate 4 and US27 there is a Target, Best Buy, Indoor Playground and lots of other business. Thank you very much! We are coming back next year!

Excellent service and property!

We stayed at the property in West Haven. The house is amazing, new and clean! Lisa, Gill and Sonya worked hard to make us feel comfortable! Thank you so much! We are surely coming back to this home, as our kids loved it, as well as we do!!! Lots of room, easy front door parking, nice private pool, laundry, dishwasher, keyless entry system and every detail you can imagine to make your stay easy and worry free! West Haven property

This home was incredible! From the fully furnished game room to the most amazing beds. There is room for everyone. The pool was so clean and the hot tub was amazing! The house itself was immaculate! It had everything you needed and check in was a breeze.
