Cozy Mountain Cabin - Amazing View! Central heat/AC, fireplace, firepit
The view! Our cozy cabin has a back-up generator, central air/heat and a fireplace, so you get the wilderness with all the modern comforts, no matter what the weather. Four distinct seasons; all beautiful! Well-built and very cozy. Close to Cataloochee Ski Resort, shopping, restaurants and amazing drives and hikes in the Smoky Mountains. Minutes from Smoky Mountain National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway! Maggie Valley is like a step back in time and the people are so friendly! AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. Some of the approach to the cabin is steep and it's a narrow, gravel road.

Hosting brings me joy! I enjoy connecting with people, even though brief, at a time when they are typically finding joy in a vacation plan. I like to add small touches and imagine how that might make their stay just a little more special! I bought this place as a getaway and eventually, my homestead, just as soon as I can get out of the city for good! It feels like home to everyone who enters it. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
The mountain feels private, but is close enough to anything you would need/want. Maggie Valley is very small, charming town with a vacation appeal. Western North Carolina has so much to see and do, any time of year!
What makes this property unique
You will rarely find a view like this! It rivals places that cost twice this, yet this cozy little place is all you will need and want. It's peaceful, beautiful and has lots of positive energy. The people of Maggie Valley are the kind of friendly that takes you back to better times in this world! This is the break from the hustle, that I needed, so I'm certain you will feel that vibe and benefit from it as well! I love this place!
