Large open plan living space complimented by state-of-the-art appliances. The fantastic location of the villa enables easy access to a wealth of outdoor activities from golf to cycling, walking, sailing to surfing or spa / pampering but with easy access to all the Algarve has to offer.
Villa Facilities: Villa is fitted with MEO Fibre High Speed WI Fi (installed June 2021) 2 No 42 inch TVs , Play Station 3 DVD player, TV with approx. 90 Stations, Bose Sound dock 10 for music. CD player,
A range of CDs DVSs, Play station 3 Games and Books are available in the Villa.
Everything you need for a great family holiday in a modern and beautiful villa located in a national park with large open spaces but still very close to quality restaurants and the local Beach Cabanas Velhas is walking (Cabanas Bar and Food) distance which has some great surfing when wind is right. but many great beaches are only a few minutes drive away.(to many to mention)
Close to the quaint Fishing Villages of Burgau and Salema.
The area where the Villa is located is truly a stunning location and has to be seen to be appreciated.

Villa is fitted with an Alarm and CCTV Cameras to the Front of the Property
Villa is registered with Portugal Tourism ref 2605/AL for rental.
Max allowed is 8 Adults. Can fit a further 2 small young children on sofa bed or Cots if required. Only Suitable for Families and Couples,
Pool is Kidney Shaped approx. 9mtr x 4mtr. Walk in Steps to the Shallow end. Approx. depth is 2.2 metre at the deep end (Heated optional extra)
N/B Note Pool & Jacuzzi heating is available at an additional cost if required

We are family with 3 Children (Now adults) who have grown up using the Villa for Holidays. We live in Ireland and love coming to the Western Algarve when ever we get time.
Why they chose this property
After renting a property in 2008 in this specific area area we fell in love with the Western Algarve which is unique and so different to the other areas of the Algarve.
We had stayed in many areas in the Algarve previously but this is a unique and beautiful area.
We are on the edge of the national park located beside the beautiful villages of Burgau and Salema but close to Lagos and the motorway so access to everything is close by.

Walking up to the stunning view and wildlife and going early in the morning to the local bakery in Burgau to get fresh bread for breakfast or the excellent range of quality food and facilities This is just some of to many unique benefits of the villa and its location.
