Both hailing from the East Coast, my wife and I love the beach. So naturally, we wanted to host an epic experience for those coming to experience the OBX.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for three things: Location, Location, & Location. Want a Beer? Hit up Swellsa! Want great food, Within walking distance there are 4 great restaurants well known in the OBX. Best part is dont fight parking to get to the beach just walk down to the beach access about 150 yds and set up for a day of sun and fun!Honestly if you dont want to drive at all while staying in the OBX this is the place for you!
