Oceanfront condo at the Royal Mauian.

You'll enjoy making memories in this well maintained, beautiful, family owned condo, Unit 515. The view is fabulous and the location is perfect. Simply walk downstairs and lounge on the grass next to the pool, or walk right next door to Kamaole I Beach.
If you already know the Royal Mauian Resort, get to know our family as well. We rent to a few guests a year and have many returning clients. We provide friendly, reliable service.

Two bedrooms, 2 baths with ceiling fans, private lanai, cable television, wifi internet, well equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels and some beach equipment washer & dryer. Lovely decorative items. Check in-out housekeeping is included.

Great stay in Kihei

We stayed at Vicky's condo from July 18th to 25th. It was clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, and had all amenities that we wanted. The view from the Lanai and master bedroom is the best in Maui. The host was very responsive. She reached out before the trip and provided several tips

Royal Mauian

We loved staying at the Royal Mauian and particularly loved being in this particular unit. We were 4 doors down from our family also staying there and the beach access cannot be beat. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and the amenities there were perfect. The kitchen was well appointed, lots of towels available and beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would love to be able to rent this unit again and again.

Relaxing view

Had a very nice relaxing time. Watching Turtles for deck area. Easy access to beaches and swimming pool. Rooftop deck is nice, if you want a lot of sun.

Paradise found!

The property is perfect if you like a front row view of the ocean and sunset! The unit is super clean and welcoming and the property is very well managed. We plan to come back soon!

Ideal vacation rental in Maui

Excellent communication with the host. The condo was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. You cannot beat the location - right on the ocean. Snorkeling right out front of the condo and beaches on either side. Would 100% recommend this host and this listing.

Royal Mauian best sunset views!

This condo has it all! Best location and best view in Kihei! This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication with the owners, from booking the reservation and throughout our stay. The Royal Mauian is ideally located between two beaches, with some of the best snorkeling right in front. And TURTLES! Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to, don’t even need the car. Rooftop grills, sparkling pool, beautiful landscaping, ample parking.

Excellent condo, can't beat the location.

The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication by the host, Vicky, was outstanding from start to finish. It was evident from the beginning that she wants to make sure her condo is a good fit for you and your vacation plans. She responded to all messages very quickly. You can't beat the location, as it is steps from the beach, excellent snorkeling (we swam with turtles!) right in front of the property, numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful views. My biggest concern before booking was that there is no A/C; however, this wasn't really a problem. We were there the first week of August. It got a little uncomfortable at times, but with the trade winds and fans, it wasn't that big of an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! Great location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first trip to Maui. We wanted to stay in a condo that gave our family of 4 plenty of room for each of us. This condo was perfect!! Vicky thought of everything; extra blankets, a fan, beach chairs, boogie boards. The kitchen was stocked well. We loved sitting on the lanai each morning with an oceanfront view and having beach access right out the door of the condos. We snorkeled right in front of the condos. and my husband and son saw fish and a turtle. The location was really awesome. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores easily. I highly recommend renting from Vicky.

-The location is great. Although we had a car you could walk to everything needed. -5th floor Maui sunset every night was awesome! -So nice to have 2 bedrooms vs 1 bedroom and sofa bed.

'Heaven in Paradise'

This is a great property! The lanai offers a panoramic view of the ocean, nearby beach, the pool, and 'resident Turtles'. The unit itself has a well equipped kitchen, BBQs on the roof are great. The building itself is well maintained, and front desk staff person is very friendly and helpful. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Enjoyable to communicate with, in every aspect. The adjustment to the temperature change for us proved challenging, there is no air conditioning. You are ok as long as there is a breeze from the ocean, however, we purchased fans in order to be more comfortable with the heat & humidity. A wonderful place to stay!

Home Away from Home (in Paradise)

Vicky and Laird’s place is amazing! Between the 180 degree view of the ocean from the lanai, the soft carpet, and spotless rooms, I will definitely stay here again. Vicky was very quick to respond and kind.

The Great Escape

This was our 7th stay at the Royal Mauian and the 5 unit we have stayed in. We love the location and facilities of the Royal Mauian as it has a very laid back and low key vibe and lots of friendly people. This condo was amazing. It had everything you could hope for in a vacation rental. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, great setting and view, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners were great to deal with and were very responsive to any questions. They made sure we had all the information we needed and understood all the rules for the facility so there were no surprises. This unit was one of our favorites and we hope to have the pleasure of staying here again in the future.

Wonderful location.

We loved our stay here. Condo was as very comfortable and as described on the Vrbo site Vicky very helpful and was always quick to respond. We would be back next Feb but property already booked with returning visitors. That says a lot for this condo.

Home Sweet Home Plus!!

EVERYTHING we could possibly want was furnished. The decor was even nicer than the photos. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole process reserving the condo and staying there. We thank Vicky and Laird for the work they put into the condo to make it so special.

Beautiful sunsets, starry nights , soothing sounds and view of the ocean..

If you are looking for a place to relax and fall asleep every night to the sound of ocean waves this is the place you need. As a bonus, you get to watch beautiful sunsets and starry nights. The property was very clean and provided everything we need it for my family of 4 . The host was always available to answer questions or offer helpful information about the property and the neighborhood where we were staying.

Sunset perfection

Loved the location of this unit! We had everything we needed and the unit was very clean. The property owner was very communicative and made the process very easy. 5 star resort living!!

We had the most amazing time staying at this condo in the town of Kihei. The views from the condo or unlike any other that I have experienced while staying in resorts up in Kaanapali and Wailea. Our room was a stones throw overlooking the ocean and every morning we enjoy breakfast on the lanai, watching turtles, going down swimming snorkeling! The owners are amazing people and made sure to keep in contact with us at every step of the way, and she went out of her way to make sure that we had all the information we needed to travel safely and enjoy our stay!!

Best mistake I ever made!!

Somehow when I was booking this property one of my filters was not on, so I did not realize until the day before we arrived that the condo had no AC. That was the mistake because I would not normally book a condo in Hawaii in June without AC. So glad that happened. The place was great and we did not need AC because of the trade winds and the fans. The place was very comfortable, the views were to die for, and the sea turtles that we watched every night were amazing. I have stayed around Kapalua about 4 or 5 times and also around Paia but this was my first time in Kihei. We really liked it because it was so convenient. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by. Vicky was very helpful and great in terms of providing us lots of information. This was particularly important because we traveled to Maui while there were still many COVID restrictions in place. Vicky made sure we had all the information needed. Plus, we greatly appreciated the fact that there were staples in the pantry to use.
