This is the in-law unit in a quiet street. The unit comes with a small and private kitchen with essentials such as utensils, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, refrigerator and some can foods.
On-site washer and dryer are available in this unit for you to use.
It's a two levels place. First level is about 400 sqt, there is a small open kitchen, dinning table with chairs, 1 queen size futon sofa and a study desk; there is also a big private bathroom and cleaned towels are provided.
Second level is the bedroom, there is a queen size bed with a new mattress. There is extra blanket available in the closet if needed.
The unit can accommodate up to 4 people; recommended 2 - 3 people.

Walking distance to the Alameda creek trail from the house.
