Why they chose this property
We love this area for two primary reasons.
First, it provides easy access to the vibrance of our Nations Capital for its architecture and culture.
Secondly, our home is simply beautiful. Views on waterfront just 30-40 min out of a major metro area.
Most people in our area have to drive many hours to arrive at what we have just a few minutes away.
Finally, we were shocked at how many charming restaurants, Breweries and Wineries are in and around Old Town Manassas.
“First Fridays in Manassas”
Streets close down on the First Friday of each month February-November. Multiple bands with street food and local antique shops.
Check out:
“2 Silos Brewing Company” 5 minutes from the House
Https://www.2silosbrewing.com
“The Farm Brewery at Broad Run” just 20 min away.
“Paradise Springs Winery”
These are just a three that are our Go-To’s.
Further afield is “Bluemont Vineyard” on the way to Harper’s Ferry.
All Great Fun with Live Music!
