Beach Chairs and Umbrella

PETS: Maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A pet fee of $200 per stay is required upon booking.

***PLEASE NOTE: Guests are responsible for the care and return of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella provided during their stay. In the event that they were lost or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged at the current market price.

REQUIREMENTS

Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit is required and will be held 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after your stay.
