Very simple and perfect for what we needed. Just rented for a month to transition out of state. Very simple, perfect for our pets, and not too far from shopping(short drive). The refrigerator did go out, temperatures stayed between 50-60, so couldn’t keep food for the last two weeks. Good place to stay and will recommend to others

The ‘landlord’s special’ of rentals.
Look, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel or anything, but i immediately got grossed out upon entering the home. It smelled like pet urine by the door and the house had an interesting odor to it. There was a puddle of mysterious liquid on the floor and sticky stain under the table and one of the comforters had stains all over it. They did have someone come out to clean that stuff, but he wiped it up with just a towel and I had to point out the sticky stains to get him to use a cleaning solution. We were compensated 50 off the 150 cleaning fee for this. The floors are horrible. Just wood laminate haphazardly pieced together and puttied in the gaps. Pieces sticking up in places. I tripped multiple times going into dining area. Everything had the landlord’s special haphazard white paint on it. Curtains were water stained at bottom. There was a tarp on the roof and awning that we’re trying to stop leaking but the bricks fell off in the middle of the night and scared the crap out of us. House is barely furnished for it being the topic of the listing. One room didn’t even have a dresser. The fridge also was broken with a moldy baking soda in it and we had to throw out a few items we bought because it wasn’t keeping things cold. There also is no kitchen staples like I’ve seen in other rentals such as oil, salt, pepper, etc. It made cooking hard since we didn’t want to buy stuff to just have to throw it away at the end of our trip. The dryer also sucked. Had to run everything twice.
