The main level features an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and ample natural light, creating a warm, inviting space. The living room is centered around a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather. The private balcony, accessible from the living room, provides outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain air.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, all the essential appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for 4, with 2 additional seats available if needed.

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft space with a desk and chair, ideal for a remote workspace. The upstairs also includes one of the primary bedrooms, featuring a king bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

On the lower level, the second primary bedroom comes with a queen bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The lower level also includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV, as well as a guest bathroom and a washer/dryer in the hallway for added convenience.

*Please note that this property has a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights year-round. However, during the winter season, the minimum stay is extended to 5 nights. Additionally, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old. If either of these requirements is not met, the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Amazing time
Our first time in Colorado for winter and this place didn’t disappoint us for a bit. Just couple minutes from town and other places. They have everything thay we needed. Highly recommended.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
