This magnificent home leaves no detail unattended and offers so much space! A new pickleball and basketball court constructed in 2022 is just one of this home's amazing amenities.

Welcome to your private 2-acre luxury resort in North Scottsdale. Each of our guests is met on the property upon arrival so that we may welcome you, walk you through the property and explain several operational aspects of the home. We invite you to make the home your own but with assurance that our staff is just a phone call or email away throughout your stay should you need anything or have any questions. We look forward to hosting you during your stay!

This exquisite 6,500 sf custom home in the Troon Area has been decorated with your premier vacation experience in mind. Engage in friendly competition on the brand new pickleball and basketball court, place your bet in the poker room, play pool, ping pong, or arcade game in the Game Room, lounge pool side under an umbrella or fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Kids can enjoy the Rainbow playground and wide open grassy areas, take a trip down the waterslide or play their favorite arcade games inside. The kitchen is a chef's dream with professional appliances (including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, gas range, prep sink) and full array of dishes, bake ware, small appliances and utensils needed by a discerning chef. Privately gated, this beautiful home offers every amenity from plush, pillow top beds with luxurious linens to a sparkling heated pool and spa (with waterslide, waterfall and diving board) and everything in between.

There are two office spaces for private work space when you need to be connected while away from home. The WiFi service is the fastest available from the service provider so you will never miss a beat.

The expansive outdoor living area feels like your own private 5-star resort! Lush park like grounds with plenty of grassy areas set this desert oasis apart.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Another great stay at Bronco Estate!!

Beautiful house. Very clean. Fully fenced pool which is surprisingly hard to find. Neighbors hardly in site. Very private feel. Waterslide needs to be fixed but other than that our stay was amazing!

Outstanding Property!

We chose this beautiful property for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 4 children ages 1-7). The home itself is spectacular and extremely well maintained. The property offered lots of things to do for our family - pickleball, basketball, children’s play structure, pool, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area, even ping pong - all well maintained. The home was also thoughtfully appointed. We have stayed in several vacation properties and I think my family would agree that this is may be the best one we’ve stayed in!

I can’t say enough about this property, located in the perfect spot in Scottsdale.

Paradise in the Desert

What a perfect house for the 8 of us to enjoy some golf and the Phoenix Open. Perfect for large gatherings. Only wish the weather was better so we could have spent more time outside on the amazing patio and fireplace.

Great time at Bronco Estate

Very nice pickle ball court. Unfortunately it was too hot to use it much. There is a ping pong table in the shade which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ages 3-7 yrs. There was plenty of room for them to play inside and out. CJ was great in answering my texts. Although we were there in record high temps, there’s so many indoor activities for kids in the Phoenix area that we were able to take the kids places in the during the hottest part of the day and enjoy the pool and yard in the morning and late afternoon. We would definitely come back!

Pacific Northwest meets Southwest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 5 adults and 3 children stayed in this wonderful home during July heatwave. This home was perfect. Parents relaxed knowing the pool was secured by a fence and gate that took some effort to open. Big island in the kitchen was great for our meal prep and housed the much appreciated ice machine. Having two dishwashers and two refrigerators was a plus. Pantry was well stocked with spices and other necessities. TV in the living room had a wide array of channels, including Disney+. For being so hot outside, air conditioning system did well. We enjoyed all the outside ammenities, but spent most of our time in the pool. Kids and adults all loved the diving board and waterslide, and the kids nicknamed the waterfall the "Mermaid Grotto". Property manager CJ is the epitome of hospitality and was quick to answer all our questions. This is our second time renting a vacation home from Desert Vista Luxury Homes.

Bronco Place Vaca

The place was beautiful, a little more dated than anticipated but still nice and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Foldout in basement was broken so we had to do some creative bed sharing. Would recommend more aggressive spraying for bugs and spiders and such. Overall very enjoyable.

Family Paradise

We had an amazing stay at the Bronco Estate. One of our best family vacations. The property is like staying at your own private resort. Pool with slide and hot tub fenced in, misters, playground, pickle ball/basketball, bags, etc. etc. The home is well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable, very large garage for three cars and beautiful desert views. Layout is excellent for both small children or adult only trip. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation home for a large family

The outdoor space is fantastic- our grand children loved the playground equipment, the pool and the grassy yard space. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with double ovens, a vast array of appliances and utensils, two dishwashers and plenty of plates, silverware and glassware. We cooked so many meals and it was effortless in this setup. The common areas and bedrooms were great and we loved the pickle ball court.

Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful with a few exceptions, The biggest complaint was the mattresses needed to be changed, except for the master bedroom. There were no TV instructions as we lost the TV reception for two days on the plus side for the first time because we stay in houses in arizona 2 to 3 times a year, we could heat pool and hot tub easily. And yes, CJ was pleasant and was able to fulfill our request for plastic wine glasses for the pool side so thank you. Over all it was a nice stay.

AMAZING Getaway

This home is BEAUTIFUL!!! It has everything you can think of with a large kitchen/pantry and two large refrigerators. The automatic ice machine was GREAT. The backyard is definitely its own resort and the location of the home is perfect. We spent the majority of our time in the spa/pool. There was plenty of space for 11 of us and we never felt like we were bumping into each other. I don’t even think most of us made it to the downstairs area which is a “home” by itself. Communication with CJ was great. He answered all of my text messages throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again

Family vacation in the desert!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great experience at Bronco Estate with our 8 children and one daughter-in-law. Our first visit was in 2014 and the house looks and functions the same. It is very well maintained and was once again spotless when we arrived. The pool and water slide are always family favorites plus breakfast on the patio each morning. The new sport court was just being completed, but that should be a nice addition in the future. We also enjoy the very quiet and calm neighborhood setting. Attentive interaction with operations and maintenance is the standard. Overall, another awesome trip and we'll hopefully be back in the future.
