Enjoy one of the largest floor plans available with this home conveniently located within minutes of Disney and other park attractions. Also, both Tampa to the West and beautiful East coast beaches and the famous Space Coast are only about an hour’s drive away.
Without leaving the neighborhood you can enjoy the community’s clubhouse, gym free arcade, waterpark, tiki bar and grill, and many sport facilities.
The house includes a screened in, south-facing, heatable pool with hot tub (see notes), gas grill available upon request (see notes) and large deck ideal for spending the day relaxing without even leaving the house. Perfect for large families, reunions, vacationing with friends, and corporate events.
