Welcome to the Surprise Oasis, where first impressions can be deceiving. From the street, it simply looks like a nice home, but the tastefully decorated interior is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The real magic lies outside, where you'll find your own private paradise. The backyard features everything needed to comfortably entertain, and a pristine pool (heated and cooled) sparkling in the sunlight. It's a stunning retreat that feels like a world away from the everyday.

THE SPACE
Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rambler offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The luxurious master bedroom boasts high-end linens on a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The two comfortable bedrooms have queen-sized beds, plenty of storage, and shared access to a well-appointed second bathroom. One has a work station set up in a portion of the closet; complete with docking station, keyboard, mouse, and printer for your use!

Our fully-equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring:
- Modern appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher,
- Essential kitchen gadgets such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and mixer, and
- Cookware, utensils, kitchen gadgets galore, and dinnerware to prepare and enjoy meals.

You'll also find a comfortable living room with plush seating on the leather sectional, two push-back recliners, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or movie nights. Take your choice of dining areas both inside and out seating six, ideal for family meals or entertaining guests.

And step outside to your private backyard retreat, designed for both relaxation and entertainment:
- Sit at the poolside bar with fire towers or get comfortable on the lounge chairs,
- Enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear pool (heated and cooled*), decked out with a sun sail and equipped with fun floaties for all ages,
- Complimentary towels and sunscreen are provided for your convenience, and
- A well-furnished patio with dining, a television, a professional misting system for hot summer days, and a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining and socializing.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard; it's your personal, private oasis.

OTHER ITEMS OF NOTE
We hope that you'll enjoy this getaway and treat it as your own. We are big on family, friends, and entertaining, and if you're of the same mindset, this place is for you. Low-key gatherings are easy to host here... just talk with us ahead of time so we're all on the same page. Large parties are strictly prohibited.

Overnight parking is in our driveway only; it will fit two vehicles comfortably. If you need more, please let us know ahead of time so that we can take steps to avoid our guests getting any fines.

There is a security camera in the backyard above the patio door. You can simply disconnect it for your privacy. There is also a doorbell camera and a garage camera that overlooks the street; these are permanently on for your safety.
