A charming outdoor terrace is surrounded by lush landscaping with a heated pool, chaise lounges, dining table & chairs and a new Weber grill. The yard is fenced for ultimate privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and amenities. There are all white linens, extra blankets and pillows and comfortable new mattresses. Detergents and soaps included.

City Place/Rosemary Square, with its colorful fountains, live entertainment nightly, numerous shops, restaurants and posh movie theaters and Palm Beach island with its elegant boutiques and art galleries along Worth Avenue are less than a 10 minute drive. Clematis St in Downtown West Palm Beach has live theater, restaurants and is the hub for special festivals throughout the year. Newly remodeled Kravis Center for the Performing Arts with opera, symphony orchestras and top talent as well as the Norton Museum are only minutes away.

Great place to stay!

Great, clean property! We had 3 couples stay here for a visit to WBP for a friend’s birthday. It was close to everything, very clean, exactly as advertised. On a nice dead end street. The only odd thing is that a full sized car cannot fit in the driveway, but there is ample parking on the street.

We attended a concert at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre and this place was perfect. We wanted to relax and enjoy a private pool and this place absolutely checked the boxes.

The location forgot to clean 1/2 the house

Well we checked in and noticed one bedroom was still dirty and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Fast forward to the next morning a cleaning lady came to the house to finish up. She then went on to tell me I checked in a day early and the propert manager would be in touch. Obviously, they were mistaken. Also, there is a flight path directly over the house, which was left out of the property description.

Lovely clean home close to everything.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located home. Owners property manager quickly responded to all texts. Quick drive to beach, restaurants, shopping and airport. Beds were super comfortable.

Contemporary sleek private oasis

The contemporary home is very well furnished and classy. The art work creates the feeling of a art gallery. The back yard is mostly private with a nice 8 x 26 heated pool. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The beds are very comfortable! The home is well stocked with the items you need. It is very efficient. The flex area upstairs works very well for a work space or sizable makeup area. The grill was clean and ready to grill on. This property is very well done. One of the best private rentals I have ever stayed in! Thank you for providing an amazing property!!

Great location

The condo is attractive, clean, and has a nice little pool that is private and surrounded by palms. The location of the property in West Palm Beach is convenient to Antique Row, The Norton Museum of Art, and close to the beaches.

Perfect place to recuperate and relax!

Our family had a great time at Lytton Court! The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Conveniently located to major highways, restaurants, beaches, and shopping. And a pleasant area to walk around. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The outdoor area and pool were a nice addition, and we enjoyed that it was so private and shaded (no need to sunscreen the kids like crazy). Perfect size for a family of 6, as long as the kids don't mind sharing beds. We will definitely look to stay here should we find ourselves in West Palm Beach again!

Lovely vacation spot

The house is in a historical neighbourhood and is 4 min from lots if restaurants and the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean except for a few missed spots in the usual places behind desks and under garbage in the kitchen. Same as home! We had a problem with the washer and a clogged toilet and the property manager was on it immediately. She even offered to wash our towels and return them. Truly lovely service! The pool and back oasis are fab! I absolutely loved the art work through the house. C

Palm Beach Gem

This house is all it is in the photos. It is architect designed which means the spaces are well thought out and proportionate. The third bathroom downstairs off the small study is genius. From the thoughtfulness of the door detectors on the French doors alerting anyone to departure or entry to the extra towels and sheets and the convenient upstairs laundry closet in the hall, this is a well thought out rental home. Kristen was quick to respond to our needs. The jasmine and orchids growing in the back yard are the icing on the cake of a lovely garden with barbecue and outdoor seating for 6. thank you for a lovely stay, I will highly recommend this rental to my friends.

Very modern

Was nice. Clean but small. The pool was very dirty when we got there and was told someone would be there to clean it and no one showed up so we did it ourselves. Also the recycling was full from previous guest and one of the two garbage bins was also full. There was trash all around the pool and we tried to get most of it. Plastic champagne glasses, balloons, paper. Just needs a little attention to detail and could be a great place to stay

Great house but OK street

Property was new, very nice and clean. The general location was nice and you could walk places; however, the actual street itself had a mixture of different property classes. Overall, the owners and manager were lovely.

While not large in size, it lives like a more spacious home due to its contemporary and open floor plan. Jim is a professional artist and all the paintings in the home are originals done by him.
