Very spacious and beautiful decorated 1 bedroom 2 full baths condo, right across the beach. Enjoy the view from the balcony, and let your toes touch the sand, with a few steps. The complex features a full-size heated pool, parking space, elevator. Short distance from shopping, restaurants, and a lot of entertainment. Unit is located on the third floor, right in front of the elevator. This 840 square feet unit has everything you may need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen , inside laundry, cable, wifi. Flat screen TV, dvd player, and soundbar on living room, 2 queen beds on bedroom. Spacious walk in closet, two full baths. Condo has been fully renovated in October 2020. New kitchen cabinets, quartz counter top, new ceramic floors through out, ceiling fans on living room and bedroom. private balcony.
Walk to restaurants and beach bars, The John's Pass is just minutes away, where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.
Bring your toothbrush and enjoy!!!!
Please note that bedroom is facing Gulf Blvd, which is a very busy street and can be noisy at times.

Location is about it
Pros: -location -prompt response from owner -elevator -pool Cons: -busy street to cross (listing does state this) -missing light covers on all ceiling fans -cleanliness—hairs on bathroom floor when we arrived which is so gross, sink didn’t look like it had been cleaned, towels were very limited and had lint all over them—not fun while drying off—thick layers of dust on wall decor. -closet has A LOT of “stuff” in it that takes up half the space. (Mops, buckets, etc) -fuse blows very easily (don’t try to plug in two hair tools at the same time!) -owner was very rude to the rest of my group—misunderstanding that was eventually sorted out and owner apologized, but not before being pretty rude to my friends. This can make or break a rental.

Sister vacation
The location was perfect, there is so much to see and do along gulf blvd. There is a very nice pool area and the beach is easy to access across the street. The condo has been updated and was comfortable.

Property was as advertised. Pool area was convenient and very nice. Always had seats available. Condo was clean and spacious enough for two people. There was some traffic noise since located on main road for the beaches.

An honest review
My family of six had a great week in February. The place was clean, the beach access was right across the street, and the location was great. The only bad thing I can say about my stay was that the road noise was rather loud at times. We brought a sound machine with us. Check out the Sweet Brewnette for coffee and the Candy Kitchen for sweets. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony around 7:20am. The pool was heated and my kids enjoyed it. Even with the raid noise I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again and will seek out this place when staying in Madeira Beach again.

Madeira Beach Fun
The location was awesome. Beach access was right across the street. Condo perfect size for us 2. Both bathrooms newly remodeled & really nice. Would have loved tropical colors for walls and bedspreads since we were on a tropical vacation. All the screens were ripped. Need replacing badly. There were 2 beach chairs but were very old, rusty and bent. We ended up buying one and leaving it for the next renter. We loved the pool and all the guests we met. Many have been coming for years. Location was incredible with so many restaurants and bars all around. The trolly is super to get around and very cheap & goes all the way from Clearwater to St Pete's beach. Sunset can be watched right from the balcony or just walk across the street to the beach. Convenient store right next to the condo with good prices. We would come again !

Pros: This property was very clean. Both bathrooms appear to have been recently remodeled and are very nice. The couches in the living room are comfortable. It was easy to get to the beach. Just cross the street and the beach access is about 20 yards to the left. There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Cons: The beds are not very comfortable and the road noise is very loud all night while trying to sleep.

Me and some girlfriends stayed at this lovely Madeira Beach location! There were four of us, who slept comfortably on the 2 queen sized beds. The beach was literally one block away! Such a great location and a wonderful stay.

Lovely condo, clean, nice view of beach, and so convenient to everything!
I loved it. Although the traffic was loud at times on the veranda, I couldn't hear a thing inside. The heated pool was awesome and really clean too! Loved this place!

Great condo!
Nice condo. Great location. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. There were beach chairs. The pool was wonderful and heated. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I would definitely book again!
