This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Eureka. Centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood. This home has great access to Highway 101. 1 mile to St. Joseph hospital, 2 miles from Sequoia Park and the new Redwood Skywalk and only 3 miles from old town dining and shops.
Home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath. Owner occupied. Available is a cozy bedroom with a full size bed. Shared spaces include a new bathroom, living room and an older kitchen. Come stay with us.
