This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a kitchen out of a chef’s dream, a comfortable living room, a spacious front porch, a large backyard and views of the Chesapeake Bay.
You’ll be within walking distance to the beach and will be a five minute drive to a handful of local, waterfront restaurants.

We are a pet friendly property and encourage you to bring your 4-legged friends! With that said, there will be a $100 pet fee added onto the booking.

Why they chose this property
I grew up in Bowleys Quarters and new as I️ got older that I️ needed to buy a house to be back in this neighborhood. Being near the bay, taking a 2 minute walk to Miami Beach Park, and a quick 5 minute drive from local restaurants is a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. This home holds a special place in my heart - I hope you enjoy it and the area as much as I do!
