Apartment for 04 people, one suite with double box bed, bedroom with 2 single beds box can be mounted as double bed, both with air conditioning, ceiling fans and security screen in the windows, 1 bathroom with box, living room , kitchen with refrigerator, stove, balcony with barbecue, 1 parking space for small vehicle, 24 hour security, swimming pool, service area with clothesline and tank. For holidays and high season packages are held, entering on Thursday and leaving on the other Thursday. Pets are not accepted in the apartment. Payment can be made up to 12 times by instant booking. Prédio e apartamento lindo e novo

Amei o prédio, apartamento super lindo, localização boa para sair a pé a noite e do lado da rodovia para ir a outras praias de carro, uma pena o Wi-Fi não estava funcionando quando estávamos lá. Nossa vaga do ap era pequena para a caminhote mas mesmo assim foram atenciosos para encontrar uma que pudéssemos estacionar! Enfim, tudo legal, voltaria la novamente :)

Otimo custo X benefício

Apartamento bem legal, a churrasqueira faz a diferença, ar condicionado novo, ventiladores de teto. Necessita apenas de um sofá melhor, e mais utensílios de cozinha como bacias e potes. No geral recomendo, pessoal de portaria prestativo e o proprietário atencioso, responde rápido.

Viagem de férias

Gostaríamos de parabenizar ao proprietário referente ao belo imóvel. Bem situado, mobília, eletrodomésticos e utensílios completos para uma boa estadia. Como já havíamos ficado outra vez em outro apartamento do mesmo condomínio, nós fez querer vir mais uma vez e aprovamos novamente.

Gostei bastante de Ubatuba. A estadia foi bem agradável, prédio tranquilo, o apartamento atendeu as expectativas. A localização do prédio é muito boa, com supermercados e bons restaurantes por perto.

Boa estadia

Boa estadia, tivemos alguns pequenos contratempos, porém nada que prejudicasse o lazer, proprietário sempre atento ao whatsapp e respondia rápido todas as dúvidas. O único ponto baixo é a vaga do estacionamento, necessita boa destreza e algumas manobras, mas o porteiro foi solícito e nos disponibilizou uma vaga que não estava sendo ocupada.
