Welcome to Northpointe Lodge: Your Mountain Escape Awaits!

Warm up the last days of winter with a cozy escape to our charming mountain retreat. Gather around the crackling indoor fireplace with loved ones, sip hot cocoa, and take in breathtaking snowy views. With three inviting bedrooms plus a loft, there’s plenty of space for up to eight guests to unwind and make lasting memories. Whether you’re snowshoeing through peaceful trails or simply curling up fireside, every moment is designed for comfort and connection. Don’t let winter slip away—embrace the season’s final stretch in cozy mountain style.

Why Northpointe Lodge?
Because we know life can get hectic. Sometimes you just need a place to breathe, unwind, and recharge. Your journey to rediscovering life’s simple joys begins here. Whether it’s exploring the stunning White Mountains, gathering around a board game with family, or sitting on the deck under a canopy of stars, the Northpointe Lodge is here to help you find those moments that truly matter.

What’s Waiting for You:
Top Amenities
- Indoor Wood-Burning Fireplace: The perfect centerpiece for cozy evenings—whether you're sharing stories, sipping hot cocoa, or simply soaking in the warmth after a day in the snow.
- Complimentary Snowshoes: Because nothing says “fresh start” like a trek through the snow.
- Ski & Snowboard Grabbers: We’ve thought of everything—organizing your gear has never been this easy.
- Cozy Kids’ Play Loft: A whimsical hideaway where little adventurers can dream big (and leave you to relax).
- Starter Coffee, Tea & Sweeteners: Because you need that first cup to get the day started—just bring your favorite creamer.
- Cards & Board Games: Get ready for epic family battles—no Wi-Fi needed.
- Free Exchange Library: Take a book, leave a book. We’re all about sharing here.
- Boot & Glove Dryer: Dry, warm gear for your next outdoor adventure. Always.

A Space to Rest, Play, and Recharge
This is your home base for outdoor exploration, relaxation, and connection. With four bedrooms (3 main bedrooms plus a loft) and two separate living rooms, there’s plenty of space for up to 8 people to stretch out and make memories. You’ll feel the cozy vibe the moment you step inside, but we’ve made sure you won’t have to sacrifice modern comforts. High-speed Wi-Fi? Check. Fire TV for streaming your favorite shows? Check. Game nights that run late into the evening? Double-check.

And when you’re ready to fuel up, the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal: spices, a full knife set, and plenty of pots, pans, and bakeware. From French press coffee to tea brewed just the way you like it, we’ve got your mornings covered too.

For the Littlest Guests:
Got kiddos? We’ve got you covered. From no-spill sippy cups and junior dining chairs (3 yrs +) to a play loft stocked with toys, we’ve made sure your little ones will be entertained so you can actually relax—maybe even take in the view of the mountains while sipping your coffee on the deck. Oh, and did we mention we have a baby travel crib with sheets and step stools for little hands to reach the sink?

Outdoor Bliss (and Some Cozy Time)
The outdoors is calling, but don’t forget to take a moment to enjoy the outdoor deck. Perfect for stargazing, watching wildlife, or just soaking up the mountain air, it’s your front-row seat to nature’s show. If you’re feeling adventurous, the nearby trails will lead you to hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and some of the most breathtaking scenery around.

Location, Location, Location!
Whether you’re here for outdoor fun or simply to disconnect, you’re in the perfect spot. Explore the White Mountains, only minutes away from your doorstep. Ski at Loon Mountain, Cannon, or Waterville Valley (all within a short 20-25 minute drive). Hike scenic trails like the Franconia Notch State Park and the Flume Gorge, or tube down the Pemi River in the summer. You’re also just a hop, skip, and jump away from charming restaurants, cozy cafes, and the kind of local attractions that make you fall in love with New England.

We’ve Thought of Everything… Within Our Control.
We strive to keep things like snow removal in check, but since this is the White Mountains, don’t be surprised if a little snow or ice sneaks in during your stay. We’ve provided a shovel and salt should some snow fall or ice form during your stay. We hope this helps to keep your feet (and your adventure) moving forward.

Water Alert: Our water comes from a shared well, which is regularly tested for safety. While it’s safe for most guests, pregnant women and infants under 6 months are advised to use bottled water for peace of mind. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

The Call to Adventure
This isn’t just a vacation. This is your chance to truly reconnect—whether that’s with nature, with the people you love, or even with yourself. The White Mountains are waiting, and we’ve created the perfect home base for you to make the most of every moment. So, what are you waiting for? Your mountain adventure—and your well-deserved relaxation—awaits.

Book your stay at Northpointe Lodge today, and let the magic happen.

P.S. You deserve this!

Perfect Weekend

This home catered to our very need. Our host had thought of everything down to the last detail and beyond with a kind card for our daughter’s birthday. We had the opportunity to make valuable memories with family and hopefully start a fun tradition. We hope to come again soon!

Hosting gives us the chance to welcome guests into a space where they can relax, connect, and make lifelong memories. We love traveling, exploring new places, and spending time together, and we’re thrilled to share a little of that joy with you. Welcome—we're so glad you’re here!

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because it’s truly a place that inspires us. No matter the season, the White Mountains offer something magical—breathtaking views, endless trails, and the kind of fresh air that makes you feel alive. We love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter (we've yet to attempt the ski trails!), or just soaking in the scenery. What makes this area so special is the abundance of exploration—it feels like there’s always something new to discover, and it’s all within a short drive. It’s a place where adventure and serenity meet, and we’re so happy to share it with our guests!
