CASA MARAVILHOSA

Me hospedei no dia 09/01/2021 para realização do meu casamento na praia , tanto a Dona da Casa quanto o caseiro Ricardo me ajudaram em vários sentindo desde da reserva até a saída. A casa é mais perfeita, ainda mais pessoalmente, um ambiente agradável e aconchegante.! Super ansiosa para próxima estadia.!

Gostei tanto da casa que já me hospedei duas vezes no imóvel , ótima localização , instalações perfeitas, exatamente como consta nas fotos , proprietário gentil e jardineiro muito educado. Super recomendo!

Ótima casa para família!

Imóvel muito Bom, a cinco minutos de carro da praia de Geribá e com fácil acesso para a avenida que leva ao centro. Tantos os aparelhos de ar condicionados quanto os chuveiros são ótimos. A piscina na foto parece muito pequena mas não é, tamanho ideal para para o número de pessoas que ocupam a casa. O quintal é bem amplo e muito arejado. Se for em alta temporada prepare se para a conta de água e luz que tem tarifa mais alta para 8 pessoas no ficou 470 no total de 5 dias. Rodrigo é o responsável pela casa e a recepção. Muito educado e atencioso. Vai todos os dias na residência para limpar a piscina e limpar o Jardim. Sempre muito discreto nada que incomode. A casa também conta com sistema de monitoração e alarme. Tem um freezer na área de churrasqueira. Único ponto ruim é que o churrasqueiro fica bem isolado, pois a piscina é longe da churrasqueira. Mas nada que atrapalhe a ótima estadia que tivemos.

Excelente casa... como nas fotos, o proprietário cumpriu com o combinado o caseiro Rodrigo bem prestativo. Casa deliciosa e aconchegante. Recomendo somente trocar os colchões das camas de solteiros que esta duro o resto tudo ótimo.

SENSACIONAL!

SENSACIONAL! Essa palavra define bem a nossa estadia. Fomos para o carnaval procurando sossego e ao mesmo tempo folia em família. Sempre optei por Geribá, e para quem não conhece recomendo não só o bairro como a casa do Diogo! É pertinho de todos os comércios (caso precise fazer aquela comprinha de última hora).. O caseiro Rodrigo é super do bem, atencioso..Não tenho do que reclamar! Ficamos super a vontade, que pensamos em retornar no próximo carnaval ou em qualquer outra data próxima. Para quem tem crianças, o espaço é encantador! Há balanços, a piscina tem a parte de praia (rasinha), um gramado maravilhoso com lindas plantas, árvores frutíferas.. Absolutamente tudo funcionando em perfeito estado... Super recomendo e agradeço ao Diogo (proprietário)por toda a atenção, disponibilidade e prontidão a atender as dúvidas que surgiram e ao Rodrigo (caseiro) por estar nos aguardando, e sempre solicito a qualquer dúvida e ou suporte. Super recomendo! Ah! A noite o lado externo se transforma! Há luzes coloridas iluminando desde o jardim a piscina, tornando a casa ainda mais bela! Obrigada Diogo!!
