Best host ever!!
First off, the house was amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and is very specific. It's in the perfect location (Midtown) for everything! The host was super amazing and I'm definitely going to rent from her again when I'm in Houston. When we first got to the property we had an issue with the lockbox not opening. I reached out to the host and let her know that we couldn't get it open to get the key, and she responded quickly with the solution and even said that if we had to break the box she would be fine with it she would replace it. We eventually got the box open because I had two pairs of scissors in my suitcase lol. As a result of us having difficulties getting the key, the host offered to buy a snacks and drinks for the inconvenience and had them delivered the next day via Amazon! She was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. She was an amazing host and kept checking on us to make sure everything went well. So this is a person that I would definitely recommend to rent from. And if she has any other houses in other locations I'll be glad to rent those as well.
