I'm from Saint Joseph, MO. I've lived in west plains since I was 13 in 2008. I love gardening. I had my house rented out full time and I quickly quit that after a couple bad renters. I'm hoping to have better results from air BNB and VRBO. I bought my house almost 3 years ago. February 22, 2022. Goal was to live in it for a year or 2 then rent it out and buy another place. Things got in the way and it has put me behind on my goals, but things are looking better for me now.

Why they chose this property

I have 3 kids. Safety and good neighbors mean a lot to me. It takes a village. I have a couple of neighbors that I can trust to keep me keep watch of things while I'm away. I love how quiet and safe the area is. The neighborhood is kid and pet friendly. Kids play basketball in the streets and ride their bikes in the road.

What makes this property unique

The fact that the backyard is fenced. Not many houses on my street has a fenced backyard. My next door neighbor had her fence put up a year after buying her house.
