Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 24. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 18 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to 85 degree temperature.

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice.
