Como sempre muito satisfeita

Bom mais uma vez alugamos essa bellissima casa , eu e minha família amamos muito esse lugar, ja alugamos 4 vezes e todas as vezes muito satisfeita, casa sempre limpa, organizada e com toda a infra estrutura que eu e minha família precisamos, ar condicionados nos quartos, piscina , churrasqueira a cozinha toda equipada. Uma excelente casa , o proprietário Tadeu e sua esposa sempre muito educados e sempre preocupados com o bem estar do hospede. Agradeço mais uma vez a estadia. Até a próxima. Deborah e Junior

Não recomendo

Diferente das avaliações que li sobre o imóvel antes de alugar relato que tive uma péssima estadia, alias paguei e nem se quer desfrutei. Nosso check-in foi no dia 23/12 às 8h da manha, mas cheguei ao imóvel às 17h e casa estava com o quarto sujo e a piscina em processo de limpeza. Como se não bastasse pagar uma taxa de pela faxina minha irma teve que limpar o quarto para que pudéssemos nele dormir, o cheiro e a sujeira embaixo da cama estavam péssimos. O atrativo da casa fica por conta da piscina porque o imóvel fica bem distante da praia porem a piscina estava impossibilitada de ser usada. Na noite de natal 25/12/2017 o Sr. Pedro - zelador ainda estava limpando e usando outros produtos que foram comprados de ultima hora para finalizar o processo, produtos esses que necessitam pelo menos de 48h de repouso da água para finalizar a limpeza. Concluindo entramos no dia 23/12/2017 e não desfrutamos da piscina. O dono do imóvel Sr. Tadeu pediu para desocupar a casa e prometeu devolver o valor total da estadia porem ate hoje 04/01/2018 não cumpriu o que disse. Fizemos ate um BO na cidade de Bertioga para registrar o fato e prosseguir com outras medidas.
