Large 1 bedroom Apt, bunk bed, trundle, with Amazing Kitchen

This is a completely remodeled basement with a beautiful Kitchen and a Private entry. The brand new queen bed has a nice cushy mattress cover and heated blanket with 2 controls. The bedroom has a nice fireplace wall heater, and the big room has a fireplace heater to make it nice and cozy. The big room has a bunk bed with roll under trundle, toys, Games, books, movies and Netflix provide for enjoyment and relaxation. Walk out your private key less entry to hiking trails. Weight set lets you keep up your exercise routine. Access to internet is also included.

Pull up electric and usb outlets allow for quick phone charging and playing music from your phone or Ipad without need for your wall charger.

Cleaning products like Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, lysol disinfectant spray, toilet cleaner, and paper products have always been provided, so we are always stocked up. Even though we do a complete and thorough cleaning between bookings, we give you the products to take the cleaning an extra step if you desire.

We are 25 minutes from downtown Spokane, 45 minutes from Mt. Spokane Ski Area, 1 hour from Silver Mt. Ski Resort, and 1 1/2 hours from Schweitzer Ski Resort or Lookout Ski Resort.

Great Stay

The place was very nice and comfortable, it was clean and fun to be there. Even with a brief mixup with the door code, the owners helped us out quickly and we didn’t have any issues at all after:)

Wonderful Hideaway

My wife and I were in the area visiting her relatives. We needed a place close enough, but not too close to them. This hideaway in the hills south of Spokane Valley was great. The layout allowed me to sleep soundly in the bedroom while my wife was active in the main room with her crafts. We experienced one small problem with the facilities, but the owner had a professional there to solve the problem within a couple hours. One night we saw several deep calmly lying in the front lawn watching us drive out of the driveway. We saw bobwhite quail along the road to the hideaway. When we next visit her relatives, we'll be sure to check to see if this location is available. Thank you, Jerry!

Retreat in the Hills

My wife and I had the privilege to spend 9 nights at this property and enjoyed the country atmosphere with all the peace & quiet hoped for, plus a lovely view! The chickens on the property were a bonus for us, along with the various birds, squirrels and deer. Although there were only the two of us, it would be ideal for a family as well. Although not bad, the space could use a bit of refreshing; newer living room seating for comfort and perhaps some extra cleaning for such things as cupboards, fridge & BBQ. All-in-all, we enjoyed the experience.

We chose this place due to the location. We used the kitchen and our hosts extended a helping hand with some special utensils to make our stay more trouble free. Great place, quiet and picturesque.

Quiet & just what I was looking for

I needed an affordable place to stay for a wk w/ a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out. This place was perfect! I spent all day & evening at the table outside under the covered deck enjoying the view, nice weather & beautiful sunsets. The hosts had info on area grocery stores, laundry & dinning. We were even able to check in a little early which was super helpful! Would stay again.

Beautiful location

State MS basketball tourney

It was a great spot with everything you need. Some updating could be nice but overall we had no complaints and would absolutely stay again when in the area. Our boys loved the weight set, beds and fresh chicken eggs. First time we have stayed at a property that the hosts that live on property as this is a downstairs apartment but that was no issue at all and actually comforting when we were gone. Great views and great neighborhood. About 15-20 min from downtown.

Great house and a great price

The property was just as expected. Easy access, and a place to call our own while we were out of town. Our grandson loved feeding the chickens apples each morning! While we were there one of the chickens laid an egg, but instead of cooking it for breakfast, he made it his “pet.”

Great Neighborhood

The apartment was spacious and worked perfectly for our family. Our kids loved the beautiful neighborhood. Check-in was super easy. It was a peaceful, quiet setting which was just what we needed. We had very limited interaction with the hosts, but they were helpful and available. Great place to stay!

Peaceful location

The property was very nice and located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest. We saw deer come through the yard a couple of times. The owners have chickens of which we were encouraged to take eggs and enjoy. Excellent! The owners are very nice and made sure we were comfortable. We had a wonderful visit with kids/grand kids, and looked forward to coming home at night.

Great experience

We came into town for the Ironman race and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Hosts were extremely accommodating and location was absolutely beautiful. Excellent price for what you get. No doubt we will stay here again the next time we’re in town. Thank you for a great weekend.

Second time staying

We really love staying here! Lovely and welcoming hosts. They check in with us to make sure we are comfortable. Grocery and shopping stores are all close by. Anytime we come back to Washington or Idaho we will be staying here! Super recommended!!! 💯❤️

not really acceptable

Access info was not provided and we couldn't initially get in and the owners preferred a knock rather than text or call. The space smelled of rodent feces and mold. The outside space is cluttered with owners' junk. The space is directly under the owners and very noisy. From the owners dog whining and barking, to every footstep, a loud water pump that runs when hot water is used, to the 10PM movie through the home theater system there is constant interruption and no real chance to relax. This may be technically a complete unit as it has a separate entrance however it feels much more like you are living with the owner/occupants. We left the unit at 10pm on the 2nd night of a 4 night stay and rented a hotel.
