The living area has a new 70" TV. Dining area with seating for 8 and casual dining with seating for 6. Walk out Atriums throughout give added light to the home.

There is a large back patio where you will enjoy grilling and seating areas. Sliding doors off the living room and Dining room open to a patio, equipped with an outdoor barbeque and dining area for eight. Open the sliding doors off the master bedroom to a patio and enjoy the sitting area on bright Scottsdale mornings and gorgeous nights.
You will have full access to beautiful grounds, pavilion and pool directly out the front door of the house, just 75 feet/ 30 seconds away.
Interaction with Guests
Normally on the day of check-in, I meet you at the property to do a quick walk-thru, offer some information about the area and answer any questions, then I will be on my way but you will have my number and can contact me with any questions that might arise later. This is a newer property for us so we have some reviews, but we have excellent reviews from our other vacation rental properties. If you would like to see even more reviews, I would love to provide them for you.

This great neighborhood is SAFE, very quiet and private. You can relax and enjoy a book at the gorgeous pool and pool grounds
Quiet, safe, private and yet... this is the absolute best if you want to be literally seconds from all of the Best local action in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Arizona and probably the entire SW USA!
This is the epicenter of not only Scottsdale, but the entire Phoenix Metro area where you will find Hundreds of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, nightclubs and other attractions are all walking distance, just a few short blocks from your front door.
If you are coming for ML Baseball Spring Training very nearby, (5 minutes driving/ 25 minutes walking), you'll find Scottsdale Stadium, home of the SFO Giants and (7 minutes driving), Talking Stick Park, home of the Colorado Rockies and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Very secure and SAFE area to walk anywhere...day and night!
If you prefer, it is a very inexpensive do an instant bicycle rental with our local bikeshare or scootershare systems, (see www.limebike.com or www.ofo.com), or you can hop a golf cart. the free trolley for Getting Around.
You can also opt to ride the Scottsdale Trolley for FREE! The trolley will take you all around all four quadrants of the Downtown, Oldtown, Arts District and Entertainment District. The closest stops are just three blocks away.
