Our accommodation is located in the south-east quiet and secluded part of the island of Brac. Just 10 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the pebble beach Spilice, a favorite destination for many adventurous guests.
Robinson house is located in an isolated part of the island and is not connected with water for electricity and water but there are rainwater and solar energy. Because of all this, the rational use of the available resources is indispensable.

Property is ideal for six persons (four adults+two children (under 12 years) or five adults)). It has four terraces, three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, BBQ, garden. Suitable for: active holiday, youth holiday, peaceful countryside holiday, holiday with friends.

This is robinson type of accommodation and is accessible only by boat. Distance from the nearest place is 3 nm.

Guests staying at the accommodation can enjoy the use of: property’s garden, common terrace, kayaks, small motor boat. The property faces: sea view, onto a forest, onto the courtyard.

Bedrooms:
1st bedroom: bunk beds for 2 persons, 1 x double bed, wardrobe;
2nd bedroom: 1 x double bed, wardrobe;
3rd bedroom: 1 x double bed and private terrace.

Kitchen: refrigerator 150L, freezer 50L, water pump, hot water, indoor fireplace, radio, TV, washer.

Bathroom: shower cubicle, gas water heater, toilet, first-aid kit.

Terrace: Furniture, sea view, sun awning, fireplace, clothes line.

Internet: WIFI 4G.

Linen: 1 per stay;
Towels: 1 per day;
Toilet paper: 1 per stay;

Security deposit of €300 must be paid at check-in and is fully refundable if there's no damage.

Tourist tax is not included in price which is €1 per person per night.

Other things to note

Water restrictions in place:
- water is necessary to save (ie. shorter closing the faucet when brushing teeth, washing dishes in the sea,...);
- in the house is drinking rainwater from the reservoir;
- clients must ensure the purity of water in reservoirs;
- capacity of water reservoirs is 15.000 l + 10.000 l (max);

Energy:
- the maximum water consumption is 1050L/week, ie. 150L/day, we can not ensure the filling of the tank during the stay;
- the kitchen and the bathroom are a place with hot and cold water using a solar-powered pump;
- there is one refrigerator (150 l) and one freezer (30 l);
- the house has solar energy 12 and you can charge these devices: mobile phone, laptop, camera, GPS and battery charger etc;
- we recommend you to: buy all the supplies beforehand, bring insect repellent, bottled water.
