On the edge of Park City, you will enjoy privacy and easy access while still being just Minutes from the Ski Resorts and Shopping. This home is only 1 mile off the highway and only 8-10 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Historic Main Street and the Kimball Junction area where you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall, Movies, Bowling, Dining, and Olympic Park.

This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.

Everything is NEW! This home was just completed Nov 2016. With all new furniture, this home is Beautifully Decorated with Upgraded Amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The Laundry room is set up with a High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. The bedrooms offer pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding with sleeping for 6 plus a pull out sofa with a queen mattress with bedding provided for additional sleeping to 2. Maximum occupancy is 8. Enjoy a Satellite cast compatible Television in the living area. TV's also in bedrooms & library. Enjoy the cozy library just off the master bedroom, to read, work, or watch TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi in the home. The house is well stocked with thoughtful attention to detail. Clean exceptional stay, 11 mins from Park City
Sherrie’s unit is very clean, new and modern. The three level townhouse had a spacious garage, hot tub on the deck, and large 3 bed 3 baths. This was a great place to vacay with my wife and 2 kiddos. Had every thing we needed. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty the whole time but sounds like Sherrie got it fixed! We loved the office nook off the master bedroom.

So peaceful!!
Our stay was wonderful. We needed a break from the hustle in the valley and Sher’s retreat was perfect. Great attention to detail…everything was as advertised or better. Sherrie was very accommodating and prompt to respond with answers to questions. Best of all for me was the fact her unit backs onto beautiful natural open space. Also the community is very quiet. It was the perfect needed break for my wife and I. (Late Mother’s Day gift). We will be back!

Wonderful getaway
This was the most wonderful getaway for spring break. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to relax, even while my husband still put in a few hours of work each day. (The little office upstairs was ideal, and the internet worked perfectly.) The location was great, the views were beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for such a great stay!

Wonderful stay for park city ski trip
The property exceeded our expectations, very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to park city in a quiet neighborhood. The two car garage is great for keeping the car dry and out of the snow.

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was exactly as described and even better in person. This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay on our ski trip! Not only was the property in great condition and had awesome amenities, but it was also just a short drive to the slopes and downtown Park City. Sherrie was a lovely host and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect! It was beautiful and had a lot of extras that we loved like the hot tub. They also had alot of thoughtful extras like beach towels, games, shampoo/conditioner/soaps/detergent/coffee….. the list goes on and on. The host was awesome from the minute I inquired into the booking. She was very helpful and always quick to return the information we needed. She gave us a lot of advice for things to do in the area. We would totally recommend the property and the host!

Gorgeous home!
This was our first time in the Park City area and I could not have been more thrilled with our stay at Sherrie's! The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything was in great shape. It was super easy to get in the house when we arrived. The kids loved taking little walks in the morning before heading out for the day. We had one slight little mishap (pool key was accidentally taken by previous guests), but Sherrie responded immediately and got us a new one the next day. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Park City area and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for everything Sherrie!

Precious gem in Park City
We extremely enjoyed our stay at Sherrie's place. She thought of everything to make our ski trip such a wonderful experience. We even had a welcome bottled waters and chocolates locally from Utah and the caramel candies in a basket. We loved the boot warmer set up in the garage and the hot tub big enough to accommodate our tall husbands in our party of 4 grown ups. The towels are of great quality. Bath robes were such a nice touch, We would suggest a terry robe fabric though on winter time instead of the cotton ones which would be perfect for summer time. We greatly appreciate Sherrie lending us a cast iron pan during our stay, We enjoyed our stay that we plan to go back with our grown up kids to experience summer time in Utah. Overall, I can honestly say that if you decide to book this place, you will NOT be disappointed. This will definitely be our ski destination retreat next year, God willing.

The house was perfect. Host was incredibly responsive and available. The condo was only 15 minutes to the slopes and with 4 of us parking was free with a reservation. Everything about the house and our stay there was great! We would definitely stay there again.

You can't go wrong with this property. Owner is very cooperative and informing. Unit is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Hot tub was great and was serviced after first week of two week stay. Location is convenient to Park City and Heber. Rent this place and have fun!

Great Retreat
We have stayed at many properties and this was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Absolutely loved everything about this condo. . . the outdoor fireplace, the hot tub and three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Everything was so well thought out in this incredible unit. Sherrie was wonderful to work with. My family had an incredible time!!!

As Good As It Gets!
Everything was exactly as expected and everything worked out without a single issue. We were able to enter the property without any problems and from there, our family enjoyed a great vacation. Everything that we would need was provided and we were able to know what to expect prior to arrival to be prepared for what we needed, or not needed, to bring. Overall, it was a great experience and Sherrie was accomodating for us prior to arrival as to some questions we had and everything went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend this property along with its close proximity to downtown Park City and the slopes.

We live here in Salt Lake City, and enjoy traveling with family and friends. We love Utah because of its unique opportunity for diverse outdoor activities. Our favorites are spending time at the fabulous lakes we have here in the summertime, and skiing in the winter. We have also loved traveling to many other places and enjoyed other peoples beautiful vacation rentals in their cities and towns.

Why they chose this property

The reason we chose a vacation rental in Park City is because it is beautiful and close to home for a quick get away. We spend a lot of time up there year round for all it has to offer. We chose a place that is close to Park City but slightly off the beaten path for a little more quiet seclusion yet so close to town that we can be there in minutes to the slopes, fine dining, great nightlife, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. We've incorporated all the things we have loved in a rental from our years of traveling. We've added all amenities inside to have all the comforts from home, mixed with fun outdoor living with the patio fire pit and the balcony hot tub, perfect for a snowy day. We're excited to share a place we love with others that will also appreciate it and like it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The condo we picked was very deliberate to get the perfect location. We wanted a condo that had unobstructed views from the back so we could enjoy a private balcony and patio and the beauty of the sunrise in the morning over the east mountains. Its so close to the Jordanelle Reservoir and Downtown Park City, so perfect!
