About this property

Our EFFICIENT studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, CVS pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the first floor.

Would stay again

Nice studio apartment right on the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. Parking can prove difficult at times, but if you're not renting a car this place is perfect. There's 26 parking spaces for guests inside the gate and over 50 rooms in the building. So you do the math. And being right on the public beach, street parking is highly competitive. So just keep that in mind. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. I really appreciated the outdoor rinse station so as not to track in sand from the beach. Loved the location. Aside from being right on the beach, its also very close to the airport but due to flight paths, we didnt even notice any kind of plane noise. The beach direction offers great views of the sunset over the ocean horizon. Decent restaurants within walking distance, but also very easy to Uber around further. About 25 minutes from Old San Juan and an hour from Fajardo, which are where we scheduled our day trips for sightseeing and vacation activities. We enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely return.

The property manager was so nice and gave clear instructions on check-in which made it really easy. The condo was beautiful, clean, had good wifi and AC, a nice TV, and was steps away from a great beach. It is about the size of a hotel room, so perfect for a couple. It’s walking distance from lot’s of restaurants and a full size grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

Just steps from a BEAUTIFUL beach!

Great studio! Very cozy and comfortable! It even had chairs and a cooler to use for the beach! Walking distance from restaurants and the strip!

On the beach

The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from the beach. The most challenging aspect of reaching the beach was dealing with the lock box. Despite entering the correct code, the box would often jam, delaying its opening for several minutes. Otherwise; the supermarket was in walking distance and restaurants were in walking distance. The condo was clean and we never experienced any noise at night. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean, check in was not clear at all. Air conditioning quit, could not contact Mr Torres, therefore had to rent expensive hotel for two days. Overall property was fine. Just no way to contact owner.

Cute, cozy apartment by the beach!

We had a great time for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, toiletry, cooler and beach chairs provided. It's located on the beach as advertised and is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was mostly quiet at night. The property is secure and we felt safe during the visit. Hector is awesome and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great efficiency studio

Check in process was seamless. The property was as described. It had regular lights and blue lights which I thought was just so cute. Bathroom is small so I would avoid if I was over 250 pounds but outside of that it’s great. Beach is literally steps away from property. Great price and great experience.

Great little studio steps from the beach

Great place for 2 people that want to be close to the beach. Clean, modern, and has just about anything that 2 people need for a beach stay. Close to many restaurants within walking distance and a lot more points of interests just an Uber ride away. The place was very relaxing quaintly comfortable and Hector was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that happens on occasion is some nightly noise. Being on the ground level cars park directly in front of the window and people congregate close by and are loud at night. As the parking area is covered the voices echo and make normal talking seem a bit louder. This does not happen nightly and didn’t deter from the place over all. I recommend this place highly

Un petit coin de paradis !

Le studio d'Hector est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour à Puerto Rico. Situé à quelques pas de marche de la plage, ainsi qu'à proximité des magasins, des restaurants et de l'aéroport. Le studio est très propre, confortable, sécuritaire et bien équipé. Hector est un excellent hôte, gentil et serviable, qui fournit des conseils et des recommandations locales ainsi que des réponses rapides à la communication. La plage est magnifique, l'eau turquoise est à température idéale, avec de belles vagues pour s'amuser sans être dangereuses. Les gens sont super gentils et accueillants... Bref, j'y retournerai certainement l'année prochaine.

What a great place to stay. The location is perfect. Its small but efficient, you need nothing but food if you chooae to cook while your there. Excellent Cozy Beach Studio

Amazing location

Absolutely amazing location. You can Uber to most places for five to $10. Tons of restaurants are in walking distance. Literally steps away from the beach. Bottom level so no steps. Very clean condo. Nice and cozy. The host was amazing.

This little place was so fun!! It is right off the beach which is what I enjoyed about it. Walking distance to a few places to eat/convenient stores. The property is small but efficient with everything you need!

If you go alone, and weight less than 175, this is the room. Why?, The shower is very small. Also, I suggest to bring your own pillow. Other than that, it is perfect!

What can we say…. The location of this place is perfect…. Steps from the beach and steps from the main Avenue. The unit was clean and the hosts were friendly and attentive. They made sure that all you needed was available, including menus of local restaurants and information for activities. Will definitely come back.

Escape from Reality

The property was nice. The best part was the beach which was the main reason for booking this property. As soon as you open the gate, walk a few steps and you're on the beach. The area was safe. However, the other tourists that were staying in the complex were rowdy. The apartment is on a ground floor so you can hear everything, & it was a little unsettling to hear the bickering, yelling, & door banging of a feuding couple at 3am. Not in anyone's control unless you have a night watchman or security guard on premise, though. The room was comfortable for me & would be good for a couple or single person. It would be a little tight for a larger party. I appreciated the little toiletries that were provided such as ear swabs, soap, & aloe lotion for sunburns. It was a nice touch. The complimentary masks & sanitizing wipes were also appreciated. Regarding convenience shops & restaurants, you will find some within approximately a 10 minute walk distance. I was able to rent a car from a car rental that was a 6 minute walk away. Overall, I was satisfied with the location & my first experience in renting an airbnb. I would stay here again. Just as described and a friendly host

The condo was as described, a few feet from the beach. It was smaller than expected but had everything we needed and more. Hector was communicative the whole time, including checking in on us to be sure we made it. The shower water is like warm at best but with the heat it was fine. The AC cooled down the place real quick even though we turned it off whenever we went out. Lots of acute angles in this condo. COVID lockdown restricted what we could do and Uber and rental car prices were outrageous, but that’s just a travel tip.

The owner stayed in contact throughout the entire process. The location is a 30 second walk to Isla Verde Beach. Unit is gated and very secure.

I was born here in PR, but grew up in NY. Currently retired, after working in Wall Street for a 500 Fortune Company and for 35 years. I always wanted to return to my place of birth and so I moved back in 2005. Still have a place in Long Island, NY because I have family and friends there.

Why they chose this property

Although, We have a house, we decided to acquire this property because of its location. Isla Verde. One of the best urban beaches in the world. A very safe and active neighborhood. Also, love the fact that there are many English speaking owners that live in the neighborhood.
In addition, the many venues within walking distance, as well as, 24 hour supermarkets and restaurants. Just like NY. Hehe!

What makes this property unique

We love staying in the studio, when not short renting because of the 25 steps to the beach. The amazing sunsets and the cool breezes from the beach, makes for a perfect evening walk. Also, being close to the El San Juan, The Ritz Carlton and the Intercontinental Hotels, makes it perfect to meet people from all over the world. Platos Restaurant, Metropol and Las Canarias Deli are a short walk away as well, as many others, makes it perfect for not cooking while on vacation.
