Welcome to our beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean-view unit at the Quay in North OC. Located on the 5th floor, this condo offers stunning views of both the ocean and the bay. Step outside, and you will find yourself just moments away from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fantastic ocean view from the countertop.

This unit does not include sheets, towels, or toiletries.

$75 registration fee from March to Nov.
The space
This unit comfortably sleeps 6. It has one king bed, one queen bed with a twin bed, and one queen sofa bed.

Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has a washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms, and one in the living room. BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; please bring your own.

The Quay is an oceanfront building. Amenities include:
- Indoor and Outdoor Pools
- Sun Deck
- Porch with Picnic Tables
- Tennis and pickleball
- Two Saunas
- Game room with pool tables and a pinball machine
- Computer room
- A seasonal gift shop serving breakfast and lunch
- 24 hrs security
- Close proximity to bus transportation

The Quay requires a $75 Resort Fee payable upon registration. There is no resort fee from November to March. Each condo comes with 1 Parking Spot. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed. A second car is available only on 1st come/1st serve basis and is $12/day and $75/week, BUT IS NOT AVAILABLE MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH, & LABOR DAY.

Please bring your sheets, towels, and toiletries.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.

THERE IS A STRICT "NO PET" POLICY for guests at the QUAY.

The main renter of any party must be 24 years old or older and present during the entire stay.
Other things to note
There is a resort fee of $75 paid to the security desk at check-in (March to Nov)
The unit does not include:
- Towels and Lines :1 king, 1 Queen, 1 twin XL and 1 Double (sofa bed)
- Beach equipment
- Toiletries
