Playa Flamingo Beach Front Villa, Amazing Views !!

This 2-bedroom bungalow is in a superb location overlooking the beach at Playa Flamingo….
It has 1 king bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes. 2 separate bathrooms, open plan lounge/kitchen area with kettle, toaster, washing machine etc. The lounge area has a wall mounted flat screen TV, with firestick and fibre optic for wifi and broadband TV Channels
The private patio has Canarian style seating as well as a patio table, chairs and two sunbeds for you to relax on whilst enjoying the most amazing, beautiful views looking out over the beach front. With this villa you will have total access to the complex, which includes a large pool, a lane pool, 2 kids pools, kids play area and kids climbing area. There are restaurants on site and also a relaxing spa with beauty treatments galore.
Playa Blanca is a relaxing part of Lanzarote the property is located right on the beach front of the resort of Playa Flamingo idea for families and there are many restaurants in the area for you to sample the local cuisine. There are more spectacular beaches further on in Playa Blanca one called Papagayo where you will find the unspoilt natural sandy white beaches and aqua waters. Not forgetting Dorada Beach, this one has all the water sports, Jet Skies, Banana Boats Paragliding and much more. Other sites to see in Lanzarote include the Timanfaya National Park always worth a visit to see the many Volcanoes that Lanzarote is made up from. El Golfo is also worth a visit to relax and eat at restaurants by the water front that serve the local fish caught that day. So whether you want to chill out and relax in the sun or soak up the Lanzarote sites Playa Flamingo will be a great base for your holiday !

Wundervoller Blick aber renovierungsbedürftig

Die Terrasse mit dem Meerblick ist ein Traum!!! An der gemauerten Sitzecke haben wir entspannt gefrühstückt und abends einige Weine getrunken. Aber…. Das Apartment braucht dringend mal etwas Liebe und müßte mal renoviert werden !!! Das Badezimmer stank nach Gulli, die Wände sind überall dreckig und fleckig. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen und quietschen. Aber richtig fies waren die Ameisen die durch eines der Doppelbetten gelaufen sind. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher dürftig. Sowas wie einen Kochlöffel oder einen Pfannenwender sucht man vergeblich. Ebenso vier Weingläser. Die Kaffeemaschine war sehr schimmlig… Das Sofa ist schon sehr fleckig, aber da habe wir eh nicht drauf gesessen.

Great stay

We love this property. It’s spacious, has a great terrace with spectacular views. The location is perfect for us and this is the second time we have stayed. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning for the summer months.

Traumblick auf eine Traumbucht

Es war eine super Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht.Da am Strand derzeit keine Liegen zu mieten sind, haben wir den ganzen Tag auf unsere Terrasse zugebracht ...und es war herrlich: super Blick auf die Flamingo-Bucht und in 1 Minute war man im Wasser. Würden das Apartment sofort wieder buchen.

Besser ausgestattet als in der Anzeige beschrieben ( z.B. Mikrowelle vorhanden, geräumige renovierte Bäder ). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect location

This was our second stay in this bungalow and we have booked for January 2021. The location is perfect, the accommodation is generally comfortable and on arrival was spotlessly clean. However I would urge the owner to replace the ‘double’ bed in the rear bedroom. My husband and I are not big but both this year and last year found the bed too small, it dips in the middle, creaks and is generally uncomfortable. Most places offer at least a five foot/152 cm bed as a double bed.

Lovely position with sea views

A very comfortable bungalow with large patio area and views to the sea. Comfortable loungers, a large marble table and bbq. Each bedroom had a fan, which was needed, The kitchen was well equipped but we enjoyed the local restaurants too much to think of cooking. We appreciated the welcome pack, very thoughtful, and the two supermarkets provided everything else that we needed.

Overall very good indeed

An excellent property. Just a few small things would make living in it better: a supply of rubbish bags, toilet rolls and kitchen rolls instead of the "welcome pack" which was poor quality stuff. The only black mark was the second double bed which was uncomfortable and very noisy. (I've been told by Home Away that my comment on this is not acceptable and to resubmit my review. But this is my review, not theirs, and I stand by my comments). The request in the apartment not to make too much noise because it upsets the lady next door is a coy and mealy-mouthed way if saying the same thing. The bed needs to be replaced) But it's a lovely apartment and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely stunning

The villa is more than we imagined. Spacious clean and well equipped with what appeared to be a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Not to mention the view from the patio. Absolutely breathtaking. A1 villas were excellent throughout. Would return in a flash.

Good accommodation in a fabulous beachside location

Really enjoyed our return stay in this lovely location. Welcomed the newly refitted kitchen and bathroom 👍👍 Minor disappointment which we’d strongly recommend addressing was the double bed in back bedroom which was little more than a camp bed ok for our daughter but had a couple been using it would not have been very suitable. Also would suggest providing soap in bathroom plus some washing up liquid in kitchen would be small but very worthwhile improvements.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation.

This bungalow is in an excellent location with lovely views and is close to supermarkets and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant Pedro, is about a 15 minute walk away. The harbour, marina and lighthouse are all within pleasant walking distances along the seafront. On arrival the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable and since the review of April 2018 the kitchen area has been updated. A plug-in oil filled radiator or similar is needed for winter month mornings and evenings. The outside terrace is spacious, with a table, sun loungers and BBQ however the BBQ racks looked as they needed replacing. We have booked to return in January 2020.

Playa Flamingo

Fantastic location so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Three good sided bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great with outside lounging area. Very clean. However, the property itself is very tired and needs a complete overhaul, with new kitchen and shower areas. English speaking TV channels are important and there were none when we first arrived. Also a source of heating is important off season as the evenings get very cold.

Amazing beachfront location!

This was our 6th visit to Flamimgo Beach complex so we know it very well. We booked this for its beachfront location. Bungalow is big and clean and the beds are comfy, but compared to others I have stayed in it is a bit more basic and without the luxuries of air con and dish washer which we are used to. Saying that we still had a great time and A1 villas were fantastic and sorted out a few minor issues (bedding and fan) within hours of us contacting them. Would definitely recommend, you can't beat the view of the front line bungalows.

As they say location, location, location

The villa/bungalow would benefit from some tlc and air conditioning, although several fans are available for use. The location though is fantastic, overlooking the beach but getting very little noise from the beach. With supermarkets, restaurants and bars available within 100m.

Amazing view and location

AWSOME VILLA

Just stayed here for 8days,fabulous spacious villa with amazing location and views to die for,great rental company to deal with,deposit returned the day we arrived home.Only criticism needs WiFi and new ironwork tray on BBQ .About to rebook again for next year.😎🍻👍

Location Location Location

Lovely spacious clean apartment with everything you need and more. Large balcony with BBQ. We would highly recommend as long as your aware no air-con, this would not stop us going again we had a fantastic time. Hope to book for next year. Thank you.
