Welcome to paradise.... Choosy traveller? Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Our home is situated directly adjacent to a wonderful lake and boasts a fountain view. It is also the closest, ground floor lakefront unit to the resort clubhouse, pool and spa.

Our beautiful 3-bedroom home is our own Oasis when we visit from Canada. We have recently renovated our space now that our own children are teenagers. We took 18 months off to renovate the home and enjoy family time before once again offering it for rent. We have carefully selected furnishings and accessories that we ourselves enjoy and decided to decorate in a mature, adult-themed way for guests who do not want to stay in a Disney-themed room or in a room with glaring neon lights or animals on the wall.
Do you appreciate more upscale furniture and design? Do you use a coaster on wood furniture? Do you wipe mustard off white quartz counters immediately? We know there are guests out there who will care for our renovated space so we will return to it and find it the same.

To this end, we invite guests to book who are not travelling with young children. We welcome families/groups with children over the age of 12, since our space is not suitable for young children for many reasons. We want to avoid any misunderstandings right from the beginning. 🙂

Although our home has three bedrooms, we are welcoming five guests maximum at this time to maintain the integrity of our space.

Our home is on the ground floor (NO STAIRS!) and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and is LESS THAN 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World in Florida. It is also conveniently located right beside the resort clubhouse, pool, playground and hot tub. Just walk a few steps! Enjoy your morning coffee on our fully screened lanai overlooking the tranquil lake. Early risers are in for a treat: You can sip your morning coffee while experiencing a picture-perfect Florida sunrise.

Our home is located in building #3, a prime location right beside the resort clubhouse and pool. Take a look at our resort layout map in our photo and see why we get so many guests! Plus, you have a choice of FREE parking, either on our private driveway, or in the lot right beside our home.

Feel safe and secure in the closest gated rental community to Disney that there is. Our home has over 1250 square feet and is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of “home away from home”. YES we provide dish soap, garbage bags, spices, and laundry detergent! Our living room features a 65” flat screen 4K Smart TV and brand new furniture. Our home is fully air conditioned (that YOU control) and sleeps 4 (four) very comfortably. Our primary bedroom is a spa-like retreat, with brand new mattress and premium, deluxe bedding. Sink into crisp new sheets after a day of swimming, sight-seeing or travelling. Enjoy the primary bedroom’s full ensuite facilities including a HUGE walk-in shower!

Every bedroom has a flat screen TV. We offer free high speed WiFi and an upgraded cable TV package in the family room and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. Comes fully furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen dishes /pots /cutlery, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. PLUS: Don't go home with a pile of laundry! Use our full-sized washer and dryer right in the condo. We even provide some laundry detergent.

Oakwater Resort has a wonderful HEATED pool, hot tub, community center, games room, fitness center, tennis/basketball/pickle ball court. Our clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM (pool/spa open at 8 AM). If you love to fish, the Oakwater lake is stocked with fish! Sleep easy knowing that our resort has nightly on-site security.

Read our reviews. They speak for themselves. We pride ourselves on having one of the most sought-after units in Oakwater Resort. Since we own the home, we deal directly with all our guests and provide the personal service and attention to comfort that a rental company just doesn’t provide. No keys to keep track of. You will obtain a gate code and personalized access code that unlocks our front door (this code is changed for every guest.)

Compare our rates and "view details" when looking at a price for all properties you are considering. Other properties seem to offer a low nightly rate but then charge admin fees, card fees, management fees, booking fees, "resort" fees (Oakwater Resort does NOT have a resort fee) or they overcharge for cleaning the home. We know you won't be disappointed with the value of our rental fee and truly feel that our home, it's PREMIUM location and its amenities are worth every cent. Look at our calendar and see that our guests agree. Many are repeat guests who wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
