Location location location! Cozy, clean beachie 2 rooms. Has every thing you need and more! Just steps away to the Atlantic seashore! All utilities included .
Bedroom has 1 queen bed smart tv kitchen/living area has 2nd entrance, pull couch, smart tv, cable showtime, WiFi , 1/2 block to playground/beach, shell stage live entertainment every nite. Monday nite movies on beach, wed nite fireworks. Lots of outdoor restaurants and tax free shops minutes away. Save $ bring own linens or rent for $50.00 pls advise at booking if fee linen fee to be included in quote.

Wonderful stay

Property is extremely clean and provided all the needs for our getaway. Host was extremely prompt and accommodating to all inquiries. This is the 2nd time we utilized this property . Would definetly stay here again.

Beach vacation

This apartment is wonderful. It offered everything we hoped for. Well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is amazing: 2 minute walk to the beach!

Hampton Beach visit

Cozy Clean and Comfortable

This was a last minute rental. Owner was so accommodating, the unit was spotless and so comfortable. Included all the necessities including COFFEE!

Nice location

Comfortable and convenient. Property manager super helpful and easy to contact. Bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze if you are not slender or have some accessibility challenges. Mostly worked for my husband and I.

Perfect location

This place is perfectly located: walking distance to the beach, a great park for the kids and lots of restaurants and shops. Although the apartment is quite small, we had everything we needed for our three night stay. The pullout couch was very comfortable (no springs and a firm mattress). The manager was extremely helpful and suggested an outing that turned out to be great fun for the kids (family day in Salisbury, Mass. - 11 minutes by car). Overall, since we spent most of our time at the beach, this apartment was a very good choice.

The Nook was nice, lots of cute decorations. Only complaint would be the very heavy footed folks in the unit above us. We couldn't believe people would walk around that much at all hours of the day and night. Jean was very welcoming and accessible. Our grandkids loved being so close the the beach with all of the summer activities!

Nice Location

The property was a perfect beach get a way. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We never needed the car. Definitely got my steps in that week.

Great location and property! Poor check in :(

I stayed here for a night on a holiday weekend with my SO. The checkin time was 3pm, at 2pm I texted the contact asking for checking instructions. I did not hear back, and at 3pm when we arrived there was nobody to be found and I called the contact. There was no answer and I left a voicemail and texted the contact again. We decided to try to enjoy the boardwalk and went for a walk hoping we would get a call. In the next hour we called the contact a few more times, still nothing. We went back to parking spot for the unit and decided to wait it out. After another 15 minutes of sitting in the car a lady approaches us and asks if I was some other guest, which I said no to. I asked her if she was Jo, the contact listed on VRBO which she also said no to. Long story short, after some discussion and confusion, it turns out she was the property manager and was adamant that she had texted me the checkin info and was a little rude and defensive about it at first saying how she did send us the checkin info and was walking on the beach without her phone when we got there earlier. After another confusing discussion it appears that she had previously texted the wrong guest our checkin info and code to unlock the unit. She then apologized after realizing that it was her mistake and gave us the code and we were able to access the unit about 2 hours after we initially got there. The unit itself was nice, relatively clean, air conditioned, and all that. We very much enjoyed our stay, and the location is absolutely fantastic. The only thing that wasn't immaculate was there were no sheets on the bed or pillow cases and the bed was a little sandy. And the other negative of the unit is that the walls are thin and there was a loud drunk group staying above us. Overall I would recommend it, especially if checkin had been smooth.

Perfect!

My husband and I were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay close to the beach. This was PERFECT! Clean, comfortable, adorable, and super close to the beach. We highly recommend The Nook :)
