The condo features a beautiful view of the intercoastal waters from the lanai which overlooks the pool and will be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer, guests can feel right at home. Bonita Springs is positioned between Naples and Fort Myers and features upscale restaurants, shops, and many attractions. Our condo is s short bike ride or walk to the beach, approximately 1 mile. We are recent snowbirds residing in Columbus Ohio currently but spend time in Florida when our schedule allows. We plan on spending much more time as we wind down our floorcovering business.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique property because we have direct ocean access through the intercoastal waters. We are approximately one mile from the beach which can be reached by bike, car, or walking. There are numerous places to eat as well as great shopping in the area. Bonita Springs is sandwiched between Naples and Fort Myers just a short car ride away.

What makes this property unique

The entire complex has underwent major renovations to the exterior, including the pool, tennis courts, new parking lot, new windows and doors throughout. Our condo specifically has been fully renovated and has numerous updates as well as all new furniture and appliances.
